Received different phone than l ordered

These guys are the best phones dealer on the internet. They sell out the best for such a low cost price that you can ever find online!

My problem with the delivery is that the phone sat in New York for a week until I called to check on it. The phone itself is OK, but I can't get the back panel to stay in place; neither could the tech at AT&T.

Awesome place to purchase phones from. I totally see myself coming back here to purchase more phones from them.

It look fine at the beginning. I paid for 3 day shipping, however, it took a month for me received my 2nd device. When I will email them, the reply were so short and didn't answer all my questions. It was not what I was expecting. Will not recommend this website.

These people are either totally incompetent or frauds. I question the good reviews on this site. I bought an unlocked phone from then and they sent we a locked one. For weeks Melvin kept telling me he would get the phone unlocked the next day and never did. We agreed that I would return the phone for an unlocked one. He never sent the unblocked one and said he was waiting for me to tell him to send a phone again.

Good phone store overall. With loads of deals and offers you could never go wrong with those people!

I need a printed manual for the cell phone (not an on-line one) and cannot find one. Most features are useless to me if I do not have a PRINTED MANUAL in my hand. The extra boost that I paid for does not give me service in my apartment. I am very unhappy with the product because I don't know how to use it and I don't have service where I need it.
