Customer Service was very helpful and patient with me on the telephone. The confirmation stated 10 days to 2 weeks delivery. When I phoned to find out about the order, I was told it would be another week. I asked for the tracking number and was given the wrong one. My phone did deliver in 3 weeks.
My complaint about the product was there was no user guide. Samsung was able to get me a link to print one.

Fantastic website and service. The prices and deals are great, and shipping is a bit late but that's because the shipping provider they use (usps) but so far I'm happy with them.

The best store for phones ive ever come across so far! For such a long time its been hard these days to find a unique store for cellphone purchases on the internet that are willing to give out good quality phones for a great price and an amazing service, and finally i found it!
Item just as expected received it 3 days late but was worth the wait i am very happy with it and just placed an order for 2 phone just as a backup
We ordered a phone and paid $48.17 for overnight delivery. The order was placed on 7/16/19. The status and email indicated it was shipped on 7/17/19. The USPS label shows it was shipped on 7/18/19 and was shipped 2-day priority mail. They refused to refund my full shipping for overnight delivery of $48.17 and was very nasty with me over the phone. I would not recommend them or will do business with them again especially if you want a phone quickly or good customer service.
I to called two weeks after ordering the cellphone (6/23/19) to find out when it would be delivered. I received a call back that it should arrive 7/12/19. It did not. It was to be shipped to a different address from the billing address. When it finally arrived it was sent to the billing address and not the shipping address (delivery attempt 7/16/19) I was out of town and needed to pick it up at the USPS 7/18/19.
I inspected the product and it was dirty and suspicious of the packaging. It was a basic flip-phone and was sent in a reused Smart Phone box. I will be returning the product for a full refund.
Quick service and a good price
Any time it takes two weeks to get an item, it is unacceptable. Now you know why Amazon exist.
This is definitely one of the best stores online I've ever came across. If you're looking for a new phone I highly recommend you go to these guys. Why? Because their policy as a lot better than what Amazon, eBay offer, these guys really do all the best that they can in order to make a happy customer. I went to this site after seeing a few reviews and adds on them online and I was fed up from my old device, so except of going to my local service provider and buying a phone for a very high price I saw that these guys are cheaper. So I bought myself the Motorola Z4 from their website and I paid for 3 day shipping(NOTE, and I saw some people complain about the shipping and people need to understand that in the store policy it takes 2/3 business days for order processing and the shipping is 3/2/5 days depending on how much you paid.) And so far I feel that it's worth the money. The package came on time and we'll cared and sealed, inside was the box with the phone that I bought brand new in the box, and so far I'm happy that I bought a phone for a reasonable price rather than what my service provider wanted to charge me for it (which is 35% more) and I will be buying more phones from these guys!
Thought it was a new phone but ended up being a used one.Works mostly but some features don't.

At 09:02pm and it process on 7/17/19 and was shipped the next businesses day 07.18 customer rep called customer and offer price difference of $18 between the overnight and the 2 days. Customer refuse the offer and demanded full refund of the shipping customer advise if we will not do so she will post negative reviews online we also offer her to send it back for full refund customer refused to return it and demanded full refund of the shipping and if she will not get it she will post negative reviews *black mail* customer has unreasonable demands and keep threatening if we will not comply with her demands she will trash our name
