The antler light we bought for the kitchen table was very easy to install. The birch light shades complimented well. Our order was for non-real antlers and you can not tell the difference. Highly recommendable
I knew very little about the product so I had several conversations with Jennifer, the sales manager, educate me on the available features and sizes before making my final selection. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Even though it took several weeks to get my custom piece, I was fully informed of that before placing the order and she gave me an alternative for a pre-made piece that I could have received faster. I was very pleased with the entire process and would not hesitate to purchase other products from them.
My experience with my antler chandelier was more than expected. What I received was even better than what was pictured on the website, the packaging was wonderful, and shipping time was better than expected. I have recommended lots of people that admire my chandelier. I did think it was VERY expensive, but have not regretted my purchase.
