Satisfied with appearance & overall quality of product. Took much longer to than what we were originally told, would be nice to be able to track your order to know where it is in production/shipping, customer service was not very helpful when expressing disatisfaction with amount of time, do not think you should charge the credit card for the full amount until it is actually shipped especially when it takes so long to get.
I have wanted an antler chandelier for years. When I moved into a smaller home that was in the style of a cabin I knew I had to have one and knew exactly where I wanted it to hang.
I love it and have had many compliments. I only wish I had bought one just a little bit bigger! If you, a customer, are thinking of buying an antler chandelier, go a bit bigger than you think you want, especially if it is to be hung in a vaulted space.

We purchased our elk/fallow chandelier from CDN anterler.com last year. We're very happy with our purchase, and this chandelier is the highlight of our home! Although our home isn't really a cabin, our living room has wood paneling and a stone fireplace, so it has a cabin feel to it. Most people that see the the chandelier for the first time ask "are those real antlers?" and I bet if we said yes, they would believe us. Also, the customer service was fantastic, got to talk to a real person each time and the lady was very personable and responsive. Would definitely buy from them again.
