The only issue was my order was delivered to a neighbor about a mile down the road. And it was UPS's fault no yours. You guys had the correct address on boxes and everything else, but it got messed up with UPS. Your customer service was great about it in tracking it all down, and at the same time the neighbor down the road called me because fortunately you guys put my phone number on the box, so they called and let me know they had my delivery. So all was well.

We buy/sell homes often. We have been ordering CDN chandeliers for several years because they do a good job for us, provide good value, and are good people. In fact, we just purchased a new home in the N.M mountains & will be ordering a huge chandelier (5'X6') later today. The only thing I don't rate them as a "5" is delivery time. However, we understand that a small manufacturer has longer delivery times & we work around it. Plus, they get our orders roght & their products are pristine, which keeps us from wasting time. Great little company. These guys get our business the old fsshion way - they "earn"-it.

Had problems with one light not working. Called customer service, sent emails. Lady spoke with did not appear very knowledgable about product sold. Told her what was wrong and she wanted me to crate the light and mail it back at my expense. Got it fixed locally and paid for parts to replace what did not work properly.
Web site should state that lights have to be made after you order them so will not receive for 6-8 weeks. Or at least tell people that when order is placed,not when they call 3 weeks later to find out why have not received light.

We REALLY did research to find the best chandelier and we ended up being VERY satisfied with this purchase. The chandelier is absolutely gorgeous! The craftmanship is excellent! We get compliments all the time. The light it gives off works extremely well over our dining area. I also love the shades. When doing our research, I would find some shades that looked actually fake tacky. These are great; they look especially beautiful when lit. The only downside is that it did take a very long time to arrive. However, we did order at Christmas time, so this was likely a busy time for the company. Just don't expect to receive a gorgeous piece like this in a week - this is the real deal - don't rush the talented craftstmen/women who put these together!

Honestly I was very hesitant to buy an antler chandelier online. It is an expensive purchase and I was a little nervous about what might arrive on my doorstep. But after speaking with Jennifer on the phone I felt very confident. She took the time to describe details I was inquiring about and helped answer questions about sizing and color. She was extremely helpful and spot on! My husband and I are more than pleased with the finished product. It arrived on time and just as I imagined. It's such a fun statement piece in our new kitchen! We love it!

We purchased 2 matching chandeliers for our covered front porch. They arrived quickly & we're just beautiful. We were so pleased with them, that we later ordered a very large chandelier for a new covered seating area with fountains & a fireplace out by our pool.
This one was very large. We needed it by a particular date for a party we were hosting at our house. They were so helpful in getting it to us on time so we could get it installed for the party. All our guests commented on how beautiful it was & I was glad to tell them it came from CDN Antler.
We would gladly recommend them many times over!
