They sent me the wrong $#*!n dragon morph so now i over paid by over $100 for my hypo dragon that im probably $#*!n stuck with thanks to those stupid $#*!s.
Ordered an ambilobe Panther Cham and supplies on May 24th. There was no communication. I inquired after a week about my order and did not hear back for a few days, inquired again as to the status and was finally told that the cage would be shipping soon. Finally received the cage on 6/10/25. They shipped the cage in the original package with no padding or protection and it was broken on arrival. I sent photos of the damage and asked how to proceed. I expected to have an answer when I checked my email the morning of 6/11 because they are 3 hours ahead. Nothing. I wrote and indicated that I wanted to cancel the order and they suddenly responded with they can send a new cage out next week because if I cancel, there will be a 20% fee. They have been very slow to communicate. They don't have items in stock and don't let you know that on their website. The three boxes of items I did receive from them, one box was just the original box and arrived damaged. The other box just had several items bouncing around inside (fortunately, nothing that could really break), and the third box was a light that was in an additional box that was smashed flat onto the light, so I am surprised that the light was not damaged. Given how these items were packaged, I have no confidence that any additional items will arrive undamaged and it makes me wonder what condition the chameleon would arrive in, so I chose to cancel the remainder of my order and I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Overall, I got a very healthy (and beautiful) "well started baby" Bearded Dragon. Was supposed to be a fancy and was delivered a hypo instead(No complaints there). She was delivered on time, well packaged and had a heat pack with her. However, with all that being said, I feel mislead.😕
Their website states, and I quote(copied from their website) "Because we handle all of our baby bearded dragon for sale early and often! Because we handle them often in order to ensure a tame, pet bearded dragon.".
I've had her for a couple weeks now and she is VERY far from tame. She does nothing but hiss and bite at me if I try to go near her. She has no trust of humans. So I have to assume she was never handled whatsoever, until she was put in the box and sent to me. I've had baby beardies before and they were all fine with me getting close to them, petting them after a few days, holding them after the first week. I've never seen a baby act like this so consistently. As said in the beginning, shes healthy. She does well with eating, hunts for her food and eats veggies on occasion. It's just the temperament of her is bat-crap insane. She's absolutely feral. Here's to hoping she'll eventually warm up over the next couple weeks, before her bites actually hurt when she goes for my finger.
I know if they're like this, you just have to let them know that getting angry and bitey isn't gonna work and persistence SHOULD pay off, but when it says on their website that they're "handled early and often"... I feel like I was lied to and shouldn't even have to be going through this particular process with her. Maybe I'm wrong, but I really feel like if she was handled at all, I wouldn't have this little monster I'm currently trying to tame on my own. Never seen one like this if they were handled beforehand. Just a little disappointed so far. I will update if it gets better, or worse...
We had drama and lost money trying to buy a Blue Iguana hatchling from CB Reptile. We ordered and paid for a hatchling. Our order was changed to an older one (which we did not want) because their current hatchlings "were not old enough and prepared to be pets". We chose to cancel, and were then told they would override their policy, and ship a hatchling which was not ready. When we refused that idea, we were charged a 20% "credit card cost" fee. The Iguana was also more expensive than other choices- meaning that we are VERY happy not to be doing business with these folks for multiple reasons. And very UNHAPPY with our experience with them.
On CB's newsletter and got their sale event! Ordered immediately. CB was recommended thru a friend's friend. They are not usually my go to for reptiles. But it's good to have more than one source and I sent the funds. Things did not go smooth. Apparently, they either posted a mistake or they sold out fast?
They said they didn't post correctly (?) and offered another reptile in its place. Not good. Why should I pay for something I didn't order? We gave them an answer for the options they gave us and lo and behold - they then sold out of those too!
For whatever reason it seems we were not speaking to the correct person - possibly the breeder? We were just about to cancel the order and after the issue was brought to the correct person (manager or one of the owners) it was handled correctly. The response was swift, and the option offered for the mix-up was great! Arrived healthy and many days down the road still healthy and strong. So, while they initially seemed unorganized and flaky, they came through in the end which is what counts.
Finding a Blue Baby Iguana was a nightmare when I started searching. Nothing but scammers and lies! Finding CB Reptiles answered all my Prayers! I was a first time buyer. CB Reptile, answered ALL of my many questions and got me set up with all the supplies I needed! I will only buy from them due to the amount of professionalism I received. They advertised that my iguana would be healthy and had been handled since birth. He arrived on Tuesday and when I opened his box I saw a gorgeous, very alert and very healthy baby. I've had him 5 days now and he has never offered to bite. My overall experience has been amazing. He even started eating right away! Thank you CB Reptile for a dream come true!
When I ordered I didn't get any date when I should be expecting my snake, so I emailed them and got an answer very fast and was explained to when my snake would arrive and about cut off dates for them. Extremely helpful!
My baby boy iguana arrived today in beautiful condition and he looks very healthy and happy. He was very tame and just gorgeous! The shipment was great and their customer service is outstanding. Since there are so many scammers CB Reptile is the only place I trust online to buy an animal. I give them 5 stars and I recommend them to anyone or whoever wants a reptile. Great job guys!
The entire experience was awesome! From the start they made everything really easy. They are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions via email-text-phone calls - and there was a lot of questions! My son is extremely happy to have the blue body red bar ambilobe panther chameleon! Couldn't speak any higher of this company! Highly recommend!
From ordering to shipping the process was easy. The care instructions online were also very helpful. I searched several websites for a red bearded dragon and this one had more thoughtfulness in how they personally handle the dragons so they would be tame when received. Would order again and am very happy with our purchase. Our son will see her Christmas morning and he will be thrilled.
On August 21st, 2023, my family and I ordered a bearded dragon of the Citrus Variety from CBReptile. We were thrilled by the various testimonials and online reviews we had seen on their website. We paid a total of over $200 for the Beardie, as well as over $60 for shipping. He arrived in a completely sealed box, taped over, no air holes, no visibility, made of cardboard, much how I'd expect a fragile wine glass to arrive. The UPS or FedEx driver even went as far as to tell me "This is totally sealed, I would imagine whatever Live Animal is in here isn't alive anymore. To our dismay, we quickly opened the box to find a very exhausted and overall non-energetic dragon within. But! He was alive. I called the company who basically brushed it off as "No that is fine, we get them in like that all the time, etc."
I was furious of course, but happy to welcome a new member of the family, Spyro. After a week of low-energy, not eating as much, things took a turn for the worse and we believed he was possibly brumating, but after a trip to the Vet, it was revealed that he likely had very little time left to live. For 48 hours we tried to feed him Critical Care Supplements prescribed by our doctor, but alas, he passed away. For the record, he had a 65 gallon tank, plenty of UVB, a temp of 103.5 degrees Fahrenheit, and a cool side of the mid 80s. He was well taken care of from day one and showered with care. DO NOT BUY FROM CBREPTILE. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I placed an order for a hatchling whiteout African fat tail gecko. Showed they had 99 in stock. Was told the next day that there were none ready to ship and had to wait. Asked if I could pay the difference for a juvenile instead. Was told none in stock, website error. About a half hr. Later was told there was 1 they could ship me. Website shows this morph is black and white, which is what I wanted and told them. Received a gecko that has more normal coloring, a deformed crooked mouth and very noticeable underbite. Let them know that day. Basically called me a liar. I expressed my disappointment for not getting what I paid for. They deny they sent me a gecko with deformities ( I can send you pics to prove it) even sent them pics. Still deny it. I have joined an African fat tail group and posted pictures of my gecko. Breeders say she is not a juvenile, looks about 3 years old. They say the company should have told me about her deformity. Also told me that this company steals pictures of other people's geckos to post on their website. I've also been told that they have the wrong morph info on their site and that my gecko will not be black and white. Company blocked me and won't allow me to post a review on Facebook. Also accused me of threatening them and trying to steal an animal without paying for it. After expressing to them I wanted partial refund for not getting what I paid for, they kept saying return her. I kept saying I don't want to return her, just want somewhat of a refund. They claim to have the healthiest, highest quality reptiles. That's not what I received. I love my Oreo but it's the principal of the matter. I spent a lot of money on this gecko. They tried telling me she's a $1k gecko. I've been told she's pet quality white out worth $100 by some breeders. I feel betrayed and scammed they take advantage of people who are not familiar with certain morphs/species of reptiles. I can send pictures of my gecko and forward emails for proof
The CB reptiles are very cool breeder if your looking for snakes ect they have it its its legit website I brought my male blue iguana from them I was very excited to see him
I read thru the reviews and decided to give them a try. Mainly because they had the specific morph (lavender) corn snake I was after. I had a great experience with my order. There was a delay in the shipping because of weather, but they communicated and where upfront as to why and when i could expect it to arrive. The customer service was great overall and I got a beautiful healthy snake. I'll come to them for any future reptile needs
Update today I did receive my chameleon! He seems to be happy and healthy. As for it goes for customer service goes they need to communicate better.I'm just happy I did get a good looking healthy chameleon!

Ordered a bearded dragon from them. I received home the next day. Looks healthy and active. Customer service was fast on the email within 30 min. The only thing is I panicked when my dragon was delivered to a UPS store. UPS gets 1 star because customer service was not able to discuss where he was delivered. But I did send CBreptile an email and they were prompt at getting me the address he was delivered to. A UPS store that UPS couldn't disclose. O my

Spoke to the owner a few times before purchasing nosey be chameleon. He was very helpful educating how to setup the screen cage and what items to get. We picked up the items at their warehouse and everything went perfect.My sons are very excited to have a new friend.
Two iguanas. Both axanthic blue First one was a bit lethargic. The second had energy. Both dead within ten days. Different enclosures. Infrared at night. UVB in the day. Fresh veges + dry food + water changed every day. They even got to swim in a shallow pool in the evening. Never seen anything like it. One minute they're happy, they start to slow down, and they're dead in about six hours of acting woozy.
I was very inexperienced and didn't know much about Chameleons and they knew it. They said buy a cage give it some heat and a food dish and it would be ok. Well I paid for a male which have less health problems and males are way more beautiful due to coloring, and come to find out it was a female. They don't respond, I will dispute the charges, they don't care for their animals only your money. These pics are what they sent, it's definitely a female
Hi I just bought a phanter chameleon from cb reptile it arrived super healthyn perfect packaging. For the first couple of days it didn't wanted to eat. Reach out to support and got an answer the next day. Super fast response and follow their recommendations. I will be buying from them in the future. A+++

Answer: The reason why you didn't receive any shipping information is because they are a scam company that doesn't follow their own rules. They may not even have the reptiles that they sold you and are waiting for them to hatch or will find them anyway they can without regard to the animal's health or the customers wallet.
Answer: Scam reptile mill company don't support them they don't care for their reptiles and defraud their customers.
