Hi I just want to know how do I contact someone it's really mean to steal from people like this I paid more for shipping than the item I just want my money back
TOTALLY DISHONEST, FAKES, AND SCAM PEOPLE EVERY SINGLE DAY! I AM SURPRISED WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON HERE, THAT THE FEDERAL GOVT HASN'T SHUT THEM DOWN YET. PLEASE DO, PRESIDENT.
I have had order three items 2 months ago. I just got 2 items. I ordered coat boots and dress. I just got boots and coat. I never receive my dress. My order #*******225. Please help me contact Cathybuy. No phone and email I can contact Cathybuy.
Contact their server at *******505 which is godaddy.com.and complain that is a scam and they r supposed to remove it. If godaddy doesn't remove it and they prolly won't you can sue them both using a. Class action. I almost bought from them but saw all this. Their clothes look badly made and doubtful will last long.
On the phone with Better business bureau as I Type this review... My children needs coats and thought this would be more affordable, but after 3 weeks no coats or updated shipping email, and no number to contact them, I realized I've been scammed. This is horrible as my children are still in need of a coat and my money is gone.
I never received my order plus they don't have a phone number to contact them you can't get in touch with them no matter what you do. They will definitely be reported to the better business bureau. I'm a lawyer and this is not legal
I ordered a week ago and I know how these Asian sites are. You have to order 3 sizes up and it takes atleast 3-4 weeks to come. Remember this stuff is coming from China what do u expect. It's cheap clothes. I emailed them and they got back to me an hour later. I've ordered before and some things are not great and others are ok. What do u expect. It's not Gucci! I'm tired of people complaining and u spent $10 I'm a shirt! If course it's not going to be great quality. Let's remember u get what u pay for. Also doesn't anynoe read? It tells you the sizes! Read the specs people. I don't blame them for not giving u your whole $30 back. You ordered the wrong damn size! READ!

The picture of the coat in CathyBuy web doesn't compare at all with the item that I received... awful quality and it is not a coat but something that you may wear on top of your PJs if you are not picky.
The fabric quality is terrible and the quality of the stitching is extremely bad as well.
I ordered an XL and it would only fit my daughter whose size is XS / S.
The fabric is so bad and it is so thin that it was shipped in a small plastic bag.
The shipping is also terrible, I received it after 1 month of the order and not within the 2-5 business days that they advertised... I wished I didn't receive it at all:-(

I've been wanting a pair of boots I saw on an online site. CathyBuy showed the same boots, but ten dollars cheaper. I ordered the boots from CathyBuy. That was over a week ago. Another item I ordered on the same day arrived today. CATHYBUY has NOT YET EVEN SHIPPED MY BOOTS! I too wish I had read the reviews first.
Do not order anything from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before spening $240! I am trying to get my money back from my credit card, God bless them. Cathy Buy is a scam! They took my money instantly and I have not heard from them once, not a rec'd order email, shipping email, nothing. There is nothing new in the way of my order status on my order page after 2 weeks. I want to stop everyone from experiencing the headache and potential money loss from this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I paid extra for "3-5 day" delivery. One month later, I got the coat. It was poor quality, and I never got a response from the company about a refund for my expedited shipping. Company is a scam.
Order took forever to come. The size was wrong, quality of clothes wasn't like picture shone, it looked cheap bate and switch. I wanted my money back. They told me to give it as a gift, and they would give me a 10 dollar cash credit. What type of business is this? A scam! From over seas! Don't buy from this cathybuy they are rip offs!
Asked 4 mailing address 4 return.so i could get refund 7 emails later after i returned to address on label

Would give no stars if I could... Took over a month and threatening them with action by my lawyer, but one of my items finally arrived. A horrible pair of "knock-off" boots that looked nothing like the photo that was advertised on their website. This company is a scam and money grabber, and should be shut down.
They will take your money and do not send your order. They do not answer emails and there is no phone number to call. BEWARE - SCAM- THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR FUNDS.
I order my stuff in November, and I still have not received my order... Called customer service, the lady was impolite acting as if I was annoying her... I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY... VERY UPSET
I will give them zero, not one, but I have no option to put zero. I placed my order on November 29. I have not receive anything and is January 2nd.
No phone number to call, I sent it a email and no response. I disputed with my credit card. I am so upset because I ordered for Christmas.

Ordered a coat for my wife on November 30th (Order #*******481). After two weeks of seeing that the coat had not shipped I sent an e-mail on December 16th. I received no response and sent another e-mail on December 18th. By December 21st I had received no response. I tried to cancel the order through the website but when you hit the "refund/exchange" button it goes to a page on their site that says "page not found", how convenient...
I sent an e-mail this morning asking them to cancel the order. I'm pretty sure this website is a scam, the prices were a little too good to be true.
