I ordered 3 coats - they arrived 6 weeks later and were all defective. Cheap quality - one coat the zipper would not work, one coat had crooked seems and the third actually had a sleeve sewn shut so you could not put your arm in it. They refused to send a return label - if I had changed my mind I can understand paying to ship back but these were defective and they still wouldn't issue a label. Ii disputed the charges on my credit card and marked the package return to sender. They actually disputed the dispute on my credit card and I had to dispute it a second time - they are scam artists from hong kong - the credit card charges come up as "OrderPlus Intl HongKong" DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I put a order in for two coats, January 4,2019. The first issue I had with this company was no customer service. I communicated with people only through emails, it took someone two weeks to reply with the first email I sent on January 17. The coats finally arrived February 13, and they both were too small. So I contacted by email again, to receive instructions on how the send coats back, I was informed I had to pay for shipping which was 57.00 dollars almost the same price I spent for the coats. I emailed again to see if they reimburse for shipping and of course they didn't, In between the back in forth emails I got frustrated and ask for a refund, one email stated they can't send a refund when the items are already being shipped for delivery. I constantly check for shipping status and it stated destination in Los Angeles. Another email I received mentioned if they didn't have the proper sizes. I would receive a refund for the shipping cost only. I received one coat in the size I asked, once again I emailed again because no informed me the coats would be shipped separate, because both coats arrived together. I stated I wanted a refund for the coat that hadn't arrived, of course they didn't send the refund, long story short I finally received the other coat March 23, this has been the worst online shopping experience I ever had, and I love online shopping needless to say I will never ever do business with cathybuy again each person I emailed said different things when it came to refunds, this company made the it clear this company is more concerned with making a profit instead of satisfying their customers.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY YOU MAY OR MAY NOT EVER GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR YOU CANT REACH ANYONE THE WEBSITE IS A JOKE YOU CAN ENTER "VALIDATION CODES TO TRY AND COMMUNICATE WITH THEM UNTIL THE COWS COME HOME AND THEY ARE ALWAYS INVALID YOU DONT NEED ONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING HOWEVER. Then there's the garbage merchandise! What do you expect from CHINA?!? I'm fighting with PayPal right now to get my
Money back. Ordered a size 3X coat and this thing wouldn't fit Barbie! They suggested I " give it to someone"! That's their resolve! This only after I filed a dispute with PayPal and PayPal somehow reached out to them! PLEASE don't be fooled and give them your business but USA!

I ordered a dress, but I'm not at my Home address, I'm in Vegas. The asked for BILLING Card Info, and USUALLY Next (LEGIT companies) ask for SHIPPING Address. Which in this case would be Different from my Billing address. I didn't want the order to go to my home & get stolen. Without asking for shipping address they Sent the Order through! I IMMEDIATELY Searched for a Customer service number, NOTHING.
Didn't have time to wait for an email, Clicked on Customer service, saw Options 1. Cancel order 2. Change Shipping address etc. Clicked on 2, & NOTHING
Clicked on 1, NOTHING.
They Wouldn't let me Cancel, OR CHANGE ADDRESS. They don't care WHERE the order goes, they GOT MY MONEY. Aftr reading all NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I know Now, the order Never would've came, OR it would've been WRONG SIZE, COLOR, and most likely JUNK. But IM no Rookie, I IMMEDIATELY called my bank, and STOPPED THAT PAYMENT! That had ALREADY been applied for withdrawal in a matter of ONE MINUTE! They TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY!
But silly rabbit, Tricks are for Kids! CATHYBUY, I mean CATHYSTEAL didn't get SQUAT from ME. I'm going on Facebook, and BLOW THEM OUT THE WATER. I have a STRONG Steady FOLLOWING. They messed with the WRONG ONE BABY. The Lady who's a Lawyer, let's get This Class Action thing going, IM IN.

I have ordered twice from Cathybuy & will not do it again! 1st it takes over a month to receive your order, 2nd, & most importantly the sizing is entirely wrong! I checked the sizing charts & even ordered the next size up on several blouses but I swear their xtra large was a size small. It was so off in sizing it was ridiculous! I ordered 4 tops & everyone of them are way too small! Depending on what it will cost to send back, I will have to find someone to give them to or just put in the Goodwill! I am so disappointed! Ladies please be ware!
