The Company cathybuy has taken two orders from me and failed to mail the merchandise. The first order was for $80.97 and The second order was for $90.10. The company will not mail the merchandise and there is no contact number just an email address. They will email you the have sent the merchandisr; however, you will NOT receive it. I have zero photos because I have no merchandise.
I would not wipe my dog's butt with these rags. Whatever comes to you, you deserve, CathyBuy. Ugh, so bad I wish I could get my money back
No phone numbers so you can contact them. They want you to email them and the emails can not be sent. BIG SCAM!

The pictures of clothes on their sites is not the clothes that you receive. Bait and switch with terrible customer service! Junk clothing! I did SOOOOO much better on Poshmark. That site gave me quality clothing at great prices.

Ordered a coat for a trip and
The shipping information was 6-10 days. It took 21/2 months. When I tried to cancel my order the customer service dept stated it would cost me 15% the price of the merchandise to receive a refund. I ordered an extra large so I could layer under it. When the coat finally came it said Ex Lg on it but it fit my 12 year old. The sizes are not made for American women!

Cannot contact; when you finally do they always want a different reason for trying to exchange or return. No information label for your exchange if it's the wrong size... plus you have to pay for the exchange.
Never received anything. They said i ordered something i absolutely didnt. No refund. Swore at me and treated me so disrespectfully it made me cry
If you read far enough of these reviews you will see all the "supposed" good reviews are ALL written in broken English! Which can only mean it was done by this companies foreign staff?... to conteract all those bad reviews! I am so glad I did not place my order! Thanks reviewers, and so sorry for your losses.
I was just about to give my card number for a nice large purchase for me as well as gifts for my daughters, something told me to Google reviews first because the site didn't have a single review on anything I had ordered. Thanks to ALL of those who took the time to warn the unaware! Feel like I just dodged a bullet. Much love to you all!
Made an order in February of three items I did receive 2 of them boots for one which on the site looks very expensive but upon getting them they are a sorry looking piece of crap. The top is also a piece of crap... The third item I have not received at all they keep saying it takes 3 to 7 days to process. February to April seems like ample time to me to process. Sorry i cannot begin to give a rating it does not go low enough
So glad I read the reviews. I knew the prices were too good to be true. I love how any positive reviews are written in bad, broken English. A poor attempt by the scammers to praise their non existent customer service and product quality... yet another law broken.

I placed an order in mid January for 5 items I only received 4 it's April now and I'm still waiting for 1 last item. The clothing that I did receive the materials are cheap & items look cheap, I couldn't give these items away if I tried so I'll be using them as dust rags! Beware buyers CathyBuy is a scam!
Biggest scam online! Got me for 72.00 PayPal is a joke I think they are splitting the profits! Ordered two jackets took them 6-7 weeks to send one which was 5 sizes too small- smelled like urine and was trash! Never saw the second jacket and never got a dime back from them or PayPal! Wasted hours and hours of my valuable time calling and emailing over and over and got ZERO. I'm not doing business anymore with PayPal either. They are a bunch of Chinese rip off artists and PayPal is helping them along! Read the reviews I challenge you to find a positive one! That didn't matter to PayPal even though they admitted to numerous complaints against Cathybuy! So I will continue to trash them and PayPal on every site and every chance I get!
I ordered and paid for a cardigan. Soon it will be two months and I have not received this item. When I tried to track the order, I could only communicate by email and that did not work because a code they required (and showed) did not work. Very disappointing. Hope I eventually get my order but I probably won't hold my breath.

Don't buy from them u won't receive your goods, u won't get a refund and nobody will shut this site down. Next step the better business bureau. Absolutely the pits!
My wife ordered two pairs of shoes from the website and paid over 70. The items were marked as being in stock at the time of ordering. After a week I had not received any notification that the shoes had been dispatched but got no answer for several days. When we finally got a reply we were told that one of the pairs was not in stock and that we could choose another item from the site for a similar value. I was not amused and cancelled the order. Three weeks and several emails later I finally demanded a refund with threats and got them to accept that the order was cancelled. Told that I would be repaid in 14-17 days!
Avoid like the plague :(
