I ordered shoes following their online size guide, however they were too small so I returned them. They received the return on the 8th of December and as of the 29th December I still have not received my money back. I contacted them and was told that I have to phone, the phone number does not work.
I had been a loyal customer of Catherine's and their holding companies of Beatuy Branda for years. They recently started a new return system called Happy Returns...I am not happy. UPS packaged both items together and because of that they claimed they only recieved one. Even with confirmatiom of reciepts, UPS, and Happy returns confirming my 2 items they still will not refund both items. I called and emailed multiple times and on agent told me "too bad." Other agents lied and said my return would show up in 48 hrs. It never did. So now they have my money and their product to resell. They have lost me as a customer forever. If you want to keep your money I suggest you walk away as well.
On Nov 21,2023 I ordered on line. On Nov 27 checked and the order was waiting for carrier pickup as of the 22nd. They said check back Dec 4th. I checked on 4th and they said they have til 11th to deliver. As of today the order is still waiting for carrier pickup. On the 11th I will either have the package or cancel order. Needless to say I have no desire to buy anything ever from Catherine's again. Pathetic service. And obviously a normal behavior for them since those I spoke to voiced no apology nor did they sound like they cared about the crappy service.
Ordered a 50.00 bra and got a cheap pair of underwear instead. I called and they said my bra was on back order and it was there mistake to send me the underwear. They instructed me to return by bringing it to a ups drop off and pay for the return of underwear I never ordered. They refused to refund me for the bra unless I returned the underwear and paid. When I got upset on the phone I was hung up on. Called back got a different person and told her the issue and then asked to speak to a manager...she said hold on I will transfer you to one only to get hung up on again. Called again and now requested they send me a return label so I could return the underwear and get my 50.00 back...after 3 calls and 2 months still no label. They totally robbed me. Stay far away.

On back order so then when I item ship because stuff was on back order they wanna charge me shipping for each item separate when I order all at same time after they lied then still wanna charge my card an when calling for mgr I was hung up on five times an never talked to mgr they sickening I hate I ever tried to deal with them never again who them item had price for 7.99 online they charged me 17 dollars an some change when you shouldn't even have to pay for shipping they steal from customers I hate this company filing complaint with BBB against them asap
Item did not get to me it sat in Fayetteville NC from September 17until who knows when.Supposed to receive 22nd then 25th and tonight it still sits in Fayetteville NC
Labor Day online sale BANNER showed 30% OFF + Additional 20% OFF> I placed 4 items in my cart. During review of the pricing, only ONE item was reduced by the 30% AND the 20%. Two of the items were reduced by ONLY 20%. One item was reduced by less than 20%. If that's not BAIT & SWITCH, I don't know what is. Even a second-tier supervisor would not acknowledge the deceptive ad. All seven customer service agents gave different reasons for why the 30% discount was not applied! I think Catherine's is trying to make up for the fact that they were so poorly run that they declared BANKRUPTCY in 2020. Now they'll do whtever it takes to make up for their poor management!
I ordered 3 swimsuits ($217.86) on 6/26/23 for a cruise I was taking on 8/3/23. I received a "shipping confirmation" from FedEx on 6/28/23. I immediately checked the tracking and Fed Ex showed the label was created but they were still awaiting the package (not actually shipped). I periodically checked the tracking hoping for an update, but nothing changed. It never shipped. A couple of weeks later, I called to cancel my order and was told I had to wait 21 days to allow time for the package to reach me. So I waited. Around the 23 day mark, I called again and this time was told I had to wait 21 BUSINESS DAYS (almost 30 actual days) before they would issue a refund. So again I waited. I went on my cruise, kids went back to school, and I honestly forgot about my order until today - 9/5/23. I called customer service and requested the refund for a THIRD TIME. This time I was told that I was past the 60 window for a refund. I argued that I wasn't trying to return something after the 60 day window, they never shipped me anything, They refused. I escalated it to a "supervisor" and still nothing. They absolutely refused to refund me for products that they NEVER SHIPPED. I had no choice but to call my bank a file a dispute They are a HORRIBLE company. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they were so cheaply made from the price they charge you. I called to have them all returned and they said I had to pay the shipping of $10.99...that is crazy considering my order was $135.00...I will never order from them again
They charge you a $16.99 shipping fee and then they charge you another 10,99 service fee for returning an item and not exchanging it. This is one corrupt company do not spend your hard-earned money here they will take a third of your return. Not a happy but upset highly customer! PS The dress I got to wear to my grandson's wedding was irregular so this is why I sent it back. I was devastated. So I had to find another dress real fast. Still was not the one I wanted for his wedding but at the time I had no choice. It was a lot nicer than the one from Catherine and cost me half of what theirs was.
Jul 2: I am very dissatisfied with the shirts I ordered Jun 13. After I washed them they look terrible. The sleeve and bottom hems are no longer smooth. They are twisty and wrinkled. I tried ironing them out, but made no difference. For $30 each I expected better quality. I would like to return both t-shirts and get a full refund. I don't want replacements as the replacements will probably be just as bad. Didn't reply until Jun 13. Their answer: Thank you for reaching out to us. We would like to apologize that we did not meet your expectations. Rest assured that the unpleasant experience you had is not indicative of the level of service we strive to provide to all our customers. Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We'd like to thank you for your patience and understanding and hope that you'll give us the opportunity to improve upon our previous performance. I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE THAT IS WASHED ONCE IS DEFECTIVE! I PURCHASED THE 2 SHIRTS IN QUESTION JUNE 13. I STARTED CONVERSATION REGARDING THE DEFECTIVE T-SHIRTS ON JULY 2. NOW YOU SAY I AM PAST THE 30 DAYS. NOT TRUE! WHY WOULD I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE WHEN THE SAME THING WOULD HAPPEN?
I AM ASKING YOU TO REFUND THE COST OF THE 2 T-SHIRTS.
I ordered an outfit for a wedding. It arrived over a month late. No refund on shipping, more money to ship back. Lost half of what I paid originally. Never again.
Please pay attention when you send something back to Catherine's.They change you a extra charge if you request Your payment to go your original payment
I returned 2 blouses to Cathrine's on June 3 via usps. According to the tracking number they were picked up on June 10 at 11:33 pm in at a postal facility in Indianapolis, IN. I have written several emails and I spoke to an individual in customer service, and they cannot locate my return. This is ridculous. I am going to have to pay for 2 blouses that are not in my possession. This is my first and last time purchasing from Catherines.

When I return an item back in May and they received it in May. They took forever to process my refund. I had to call 4 times asking about my refund when it should only take 7-10 business days to process the return.
Called again today and the gentleman named Joseph claimed that he processed my return and I got to wait another 5 business days.
Additionally, they was late sending my item off because it was a different address than the billing address. I had to call 2 times just to get them to send the item off.
Let just say this is 1st and last time dealing with Catherines. Smh
I returned two bras, only received an email confirming one return. I had requested store credit, which I never received and customer service has not responded to my inquiries. They basically took my money and ran. They are associated with Woman Within. I will not purchase from either again. Buyer BEWARE! They should get ZERO stars
They double shipped my order, charged me 25.00 incoming freight and 10.99 return freight. I have an email saying I would get a full refund, but I'm out 36.99 freight for their mistake. You don't deal with them directly for returns, they have an even more incompetent company with the ironic name Happy Returns. By the way the clothing is garbage.
I have shopped at Catherine's for years from the brick-and-mortar stores, retail location only, and have observed that the quality of their product has dramatically declined. I researched to possibly see what has happened to my favorite store and discovered the company went bankrupt and sold its business to another company. Of course, that would explain many things. I do miss the original Catherine and see this as another reason to invest in a healthy lifestyle and lose weight. Just a quick note the customer service is really shady and everything appears to be shipped from overseas.
I ordered several tops and spent quite a bit in two orders. I wire one shirt fir my son's graduation. While wearing it, I noticed a defect in the front of the shirt. A defect visible in pictures. I trimmed the large loop of stitching and made the most of it. However, when I called then to get an exchange, they will NOT honor a return because I altered the shirt & that means I planned to keep it. According to them, once I put it on abd altered it, I voided the return policy. I should have left it alone & ruined our pictures & sent it back. I also should have noticed said flaw before wearing it. I didn't notice it, or even look, until I put it on fir graduation. I washed it afterwards so it would be clean to return & that was another no-no. Their customer service is deplorable! I have NEVER cussed at a customer service agent & I told this one it was "bull$#*!". Their brick and mortar stores were fantastic, but their online stores are anything but fantastic. I will look elsewhere for clothing in the future.
They overcharge you in shipping, run false codes they won't let you use and basically bait & switch. $14 for shipping and handling and they send it regular (not priority) mail, so it takes even longer to get. Go ANYWHERE else!
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I had a problem with Catherine's overcharging me for shipping and couldn't get satisfaction. After I filed a claim with the BBB, I heard from Catherine's within 24 hours and they agreed to reimburse me..
