Worst experience I've had buying anything online selling stuff they they're don't have then they don't do refunds pos company takes advantage of people

I place my order on may 7 2022 said order would be fill 3 to 4 days check later and i was told 7 to 10 days check on the order may 22 2022 i was told that it could take up to a month or better i had planned a vacation to leave the last of may so i ask cast cartel to cancel my order because of them being so neglectful and slow on my order they would not cancel the order. Like cram it down your throat what kind of business treats customers like this

I have heard horror stories of buying whiskey on the secondary market. This purchase proved to be mine. I ordered three bottles that were overpriced but I wanted them and they would complete a set making my collection overall more valuable.

However, less than 24 hours after purchase I get contacted that one is not in stock and an offer to substitute even though the website clearly showed in stock. Any collector knows substitute ultimately is less valuable. The fine print for them is they have 30 days to find the product you ordered. They do not actually have to have it in stock.

My account was sent to legal because I refused to pay full price even though I did not receive my full order. I got sent a collection letter with a threat of criminal actions even though I had tried to work out the issues.

If you are considering a purchase, I would reconsider weighing the risk of not getting what you want and still having the company send you to collections. The order was eventually resolved with me paying way more for two bottles that are not worth it because I still have to find a third to finish the set. They would not even discount those two for the hassle.

So, proceed with caution and know the fine print.

This company is truly the CARTEL. Not only are their prices highway robbery, but their service is AWFUL. I placed an order days ago with no confirmation, I tried to cancel and disputed charges on my credit card as I believe they are a SCAM as confirmed by other reviews. Save yourself some time and hassle. Find a reputable business. This organization is a SCAM.

Ave ordered from Cask Cartel several times. Every order takes over a month. Will never issue refunds. I kept thinking fluke orders. Nope every order has problems. Do not use! They list hard to find items that they don't have. Always say send shipping information but never actually ship items.

I do not write reviews, but my bad experiences with this merchant has compelled me to take the time to write one. I have tried to use this online merchant several times and have had an issue almost every time. They are dishonest and do not provide refunds when they do not have product. They try to give you a partial credit with a coupon code. They have given me the runaround on several occasions. They have not been able to deliver product and then either try to charge double to find it from another supplier or send bad, expired product. They do not stand behind their policies and are thieves.

Ordered a product for a birthday gift unfortunately no one was home for the "required" signature which is $#*! because I had a bottle delivered the same time last year and was not signed for but left on the front porch. I received a message that the product was being returned and had the option to pay for a second delivery attempt, approx another $22.00 so I agreed and paid. Product has not been delivered, no answer from customer service, just out $130.00. Immoral and fraudulent company! Just leaving this as a warning to anyone looking to do business with this company. I will update this review when either the product has been delivered or money has been returned and I promise one or the other will happen.

Weirdly secretive and intractable on "policy" of no refunds after waiting over two months for delivery, and having asked to cancel the order a month before.

On the day I was due a refund, CC tried to print out a label for 1 of 3 bottles despite my demands for a refund.

In the following week or two, they attempted to ship 2 of the 3 bottles to my gift recipient's address despite my repeated demands that they STOP trying to ship after their 30 day grace period expired.

My family at the delivery address were instructed to NOT sign for any bottles, and CC seemed to be in violation of their own shipping policies (adults must be present to sign for alcohol, ID must be shown). One bottle was supposedly delivered and my family member's signature was forged, the other delivery apparently was left just sitting out near the door somewhere.

In the end, Cask Cartel's shady business practices and illegal shipping processes caused them to lose the dispute I began with my credit card company.

If you want liquer delivered, DO NOT BUY FROM CASKCARTEL!. They are liars, and cheaters and they take your hard earned money and never deliver or give you some sob story about a merchant. But they take your order and your money real easy. I've been waiting on a delivery since November 2021. They tell me the merchant didn't have the item I ordered and suckered me to pay more for another product and still they have not delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you like to give away money and get nothing in return.

It's been over 30 days and I've received nothing! Priya was no help at all! I've asked for my money back and based on their policy, should have been refunded. I have filed a small claims lawsuit and will let the judicial system take place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give a negative score!

My bottle was actually damaged before it was packaged. Cask Cartel would do nothing because "route" denied the claim. I paid and ordered from cask cartel, proved the damages with photos. Spoke to half a dozen of people and no one wanted to take responsibility. Michelle (assistant manager) actually said to me that if route (whoever that is) doesn't pay that you are SOL. Her exact words... really? You will be "$#*! out of luck" if you have a problem. They will not stand behind what you order! Below is pictures of what I ordered, what I paid and then... what I actually got. Bottle damaged, seal broken and liquid only 3/4 of the bottle. Would you drink this?
