This may be more aimed at delivery company. When I have a sign for package it would be a lot nicer if the delivery could be more precise than sometime between 7am and 7 pm.

I wanted this mezcal bottle for a birthday gift. I had been searching for it online and found it on this site. It was fast and really easy to order. I ordered it on a Friday night so I didn't get an order confirmation that it had shipped until 7 business days later. I even called customer service on the 5th day and they handled my order quickly. Very happy with my product and will definitely order from here in the future.

Chartreuse is incredibly hard to find right now. CaskCartel was able to come through for me. It took only a little bit to come into stock and then things went perfectly. Well shipped.

They actively refute all bad reviews on some websites such as jabber -- BBB and TrustPilot have 100's of complaints.
They manage to maintain good ratings on others by elaborately and actively trying to make it look like they care.
They are a re-ship operation -- they find your product afterwards -- and drop ship it to you and poacket the difference -- you will have paid a horrible price for what they have got elsewhere. Often they cannot find it and will never ship it.
They will tell you it has shipped - but cannot give you any tracking numbers.
They will tell you there is a 35% restocking fee for something they have not even shipped. It is a numbers game for them -- so many give up as they think it is their fault when the ordered a bottle thinking it was a case! It is NOT YOUR FAULT when their website scams you.
Rule #1 -- even if they tell you there is a re-stocking fee or whatever -- IMMEDIATELY LODGE a COMPLAINT with your cc company -- they will say they are sorry - possible even say it is shipped (they are lying) and then offer a gift card as compensation. Refuse and tell them the cc dispute stays. They will even call you:-) Stand your ground -- you WILL get your $$ back.
