I ordered a case of Capt. Morgan Parrot Bay Passion Fruit Rum for my wife's 55th birthday party. Unfortunately it arrived 5 days after her B-day, which was disappointing. I can't see why it takes 16 days to receive the shipment when we can order from Amazon and get deliveries the next day. I know Cask Cartel isn't Amazon, but you need to figure out how to reduce shipping times. Thanks for reading my minor rant.

The order was easy and delivered in good time. I wasn't aware however that this moonshine was only 50 proof. So I didn't see that. Looking for a stronger proof. But otherwise great and the person I sent it liked it well enough. Thnks

If I could do minus stars I would. I'll never order from this company again! Received 2 bottles exactly the same one claiming to be from the UK 700 ml for 439.99 and the other from the US 750 ml for 229.99. When I got them both they were exactly the same 750 ml they charged two times more for the first bottle giving me the story that it's more because it's from the UK. Highway robbery!

Ordered weeks ago, never got an update. Called twice and both times, delayed shipping on my item, and they'll get back to me asap. This was meant to be a gift, and is now weeks late. NEVER AGAIN! I'll be sure to post these reviews everywhere I can.

I'm completely satisfied with the shipping and the product is fresh. The only complaint I have is the cost of Sugarland shine sippin cream, the electric orange and strawberry dream. I order every month or so. I would order those if they were not so expensive. Thats my only negative complaint other than that everything is good. Thanks for your service. Rick Bowman

I was informed that the order I placed, after it was confirmed and I was billed for it, that the order could not be fulfilled at the original price I requested cancellation and a refund. After I didn't take your company up on the offer of the same product but at a higher price, I still declined - I didn't want to pay the price, but moreso because now, the product (a present for a friend) would not arrive on time. It was then I discovered you have a no cancellation/refund policy. I have come up against a policy like that in a long time. I'll take my business elsewhere.
