Shipping and ordering was easy to use! Was supposed to get small sample bottles. They were not included when order was received. I was kinda bummed that they were never shipped!

It was very easy to order, pay retail price, ricive a confirmation email right away, however after that it takes like 8 days until you get a shipping email notification, but delivery came eiler than the delivery date..

Easy order process.

I located the spirits that I wanted, ordered them, received a tracking number and took delivery. This could not have been easier. The prices were good as well.

It took almost a month for my items to be delivered. Originally it was supposed to be a 10-14 day delivery. I think more transparency is needed so you know you have a longer expected wait time.

I understand shipping delays, but really there should be some indication on products that aren't in the warehouse. Instead, I'm waiting for the warehouse/distributer to get the product and then waiting for them to ship it which I did not receive any updates until I reached out. It works be nice if there was even a "possible shipping delays" on products that aren't immediately available.

It took a month to simply process my order so all in all it took over 6 wks. B. S Most of what they provide can be purchased locally so delivery is the convenience you wait too long for. I ordered the Von Payne which I couldnt purchase locally. The bottle is awesome! Has a silver gargoyle spout on it. The currant infused whiskey was wayyyy to sweet for me, it's more like a liquor but plan to use the kick $#*! bottle as a decanter for more palatable stuff.

Product wasn't in stock when I purchased. No delivery date was available until after I purchased the Von Payne. Seems like a way to get people to buy your product when you don't actually have product available to sell. Not a fan.

Great service and safe packing. Shipping was kinda high though.

There were only 2 flavors that were ok which those were the black cherry and the watermelon even they were crappy.

According to their policy I received my order on time, however, 17 days from date of purchase.
Ridiculous... I get stuff from Japan in 12 days. Then having to pay an Xtra 20 percent in shipping charge, I should get it in less than a week.

I work full-time. I find it difficult to be home to receive the product.

Glad I could find exactly what I needed for a good price. Shipping was a bit slow, but I understand it's a common problem no matter where you buy goods.

I had trouble getting delivery because PA required adult signature in person. I never know when they're coming. Not your fault!
