My understanding was that I was buying a case of Keel vodka for $134.00. What I got was a single bottle. Your customer service representative was not only unhelpful but completely unfazed that I was robbed. A fifth of Keel vodka is $20. Why would I spend $134.00 for a single bottle? Then, to offer me a $25 discount on a future purchase is not only laughable, but insulting. Who's minding the store?

Lead to this company via search, was excited and ordered what it took me to. Realized it is not what I was told and lead to believe. Contacted them immediately before anything was processed and still was charged a restock fee. Poor way to cheap out on potential customers for a few extra bucks. Won't use again and will pass on my experience, look elsewhere..

My experience with my order was great. The product which was ordered was out of stock. I was immediately contacted via email advising of the issue and was provided with a workaround from another supplier. The product was delivered exactly how it was described to me. I was so surprised to see how well the bottles were packaged. I have not seen that sort of care. It was amazing, especially considering how challenging the beautiful bottle was with the delicate gargoyle on top.

The delivery date shifted a couple times. Today (Saturday) I got an email saying it was out for delivery, but that it wouldn't actually be delivered until Monday. So, I was out of town when the package was delivered. Luckily, the delivery driver hid the package, so it wasn't stolen by the time I got home.
