I was a little nervous to purchase a high priced bottle to be shipped but it arrived in the most incredible packaging and even though the shipping box was actually damaged, the product was packed so well it was still well protected s
Expensive bottle of Scotch was not secured in box. I received it loose moving around in a box about twice the size of the bottle. I'm very surprised that I received the bottle unbroken. I was also with the understanding that there was supposed to be some kind of bonus gift with this purchase and I received nothing more than the bottle and invoice information. I was also with the understanding that I was required to sign for the delivery of the package and that was Not the case. I watched the driver just sit it on my front porch and walk away. I'm not very happy at with my extra money spent and the product received overall.

The customer service agent was great and the purchased was received in a timely fashion. Although free there was supposed to be a gift with the purchase. That did not come. Nor did the email gift message.
