It was exactly what i expected from a great company.

I was buying an item as a gift to be shipped to a friend. When I went to purchase it with ApplePay it immediately defaulted to my home address (rather than using my friend's for delivery) and it immediately processed the payment with no way to correct the address. Fortunately I was able to send an email right away and someone there corrected the issue, but it would seem you could eliminate that challenge fairly easily.

Fabulous experience and they were even able to make a delivery adjustment.

I haven't opened the package because it's for my husband, delivery was smooth, I could check the order status on the site or wait for email updates after the purchase was completed.

Was happy that the product I was looking for was available and how quickly the shipment arrived; however the bottle was cracked and had leaked. The box was obviously too small for the bottle and packing. Also happy that I received a quick response to my email to customer service about the cracked bottle. I did not realize that there was an additional fee for "package protection" which for a company that mostly ships bottles, I was surprised they need to have this. I will not be spending the additional $50 to have the bottle replaced.

Shipping was longer than expected and but my loved ones enjoyed their gifts. Would order again!

I ordered a bottle one night and accidentally put the wrong shipping address. They were quick to get ahold of me and help me fix it.

I received my advent calendar with several individual boxes opened. Because there was no packing material in between the shipping box and the advent calendar, the movement during transport caused the whiskey bottles to press on the advent squares and open. This is very disappointing.

My experience was easy. Web site is easy to navigate. The list of options is endless. The shipping cost seems to be a bit extreme -BUT the packaging is pretty much bullet proof. The tracking is great and delivery has been early both times and i am currently waiting for another order. I look forward to buying more from Cask Cartel
