Claimed to refund my $100 gift card 11 days ago. My bank did due diligence and made sure they definitely didn't receive anything. A male customer service agent who wouldn't give his name and a female CS agent named Gabby both claimed the refund was made, citing an e-mail claiming so as proof. Both hung up on me as I protested that this was not so. I found a number for customer service escalation - *******209 - and spoke to someone who discovered that indeed no refund case had ever been created and as of today they are creating and escalating a case. However, it is beyond belief that a company would a) send a refund confirmation letter and never actually act to process a refund and b) that two customer service reps would refuse to transfer me to a supervisor and hang up on a paying customer. IKEA has lost my business forever and I'll never buy a gift card associated with CashStar.

Terrible terrible service! Shocked IKEA is dealing with this company. Will only cause IKEA bad reviews and very angry customers. Cashstar took my money immediately from my credit card, sent email confirmation of orders, waited 2 hours and nothing. Called Cashstar, lady said I would receive within 30 minutes. 10 minutes later I get an email from Cashstar saying unable to process my orders. But you certainly have my funds! And will now need to chase them for my money back. Called for an explanation, was given the "do to privacy" I cannot advise other than we cannot proceeds your order. What the hell is that suppose to mean? Rude and no information or explanation. Biggest scam in my opinion.

Your company is pathetic I ordered a e-gift card for Best Buy didn't realize I was ordering through a third party vendor, Placed order for card online got receipt email then said in a separate email after that e-gift card can't be processed. Now waiting on my money to be returned. Spoke to customer service they can hardly speak English. Same On You Best Buy Jack Asses, leadership should fire whom ever came up with that idea of using this pathetic company.

I regret telling my brother to buy a giftcard from this site and been scammed 2x, they do not do refunds, ive argued with the customers in live chat they keep saying call this number and all these other stuff. I have tried resending it and spent $100 on this stupid site, i wish i could rate this 0 and encourage others not to purchase anything from this site, i also wish i'd seen the reviews before buying anything from the site. Took my money for digital Roblox gift card and sent email stating they were unable to process digital gift card. Unbelievable! It was supposed to be an Easter present for my son.

Ordered a gift card for $#*!'s Sporting Goods several days before the recipient's birthday. Paid for the absolute fastest shipping they offered, which should've meant the card arrived in plenty of time. Turns out, my order took over a week to arrive (and arrived 2 days late) simply because they didn't get off their butts to PROCESS the gift card until 3 days after purchase. Not really sure why a company that specializes in gift cards is unable to get gift cards shipped the same day or the next day. First email to them about this issue was completely ignored. Second one was met with an indifferent "too bad so sad" kind of response.

Purchased a $50.00 gift card for IKEA it was an E card after not receiving e card I called number for cashstar I was told I had to wait 24 hours from purchase after waitng the 24 hours I called again and they stated they were waiting for approval from IKEA I asked what approval do you need the charge cleared my bank.No giftcard ever came Anyone who falls prey to this scam has to call company whose name they are using I already called IKEA corp. to find out why they let this type of company use their name. I beleive if enough people call merchants HQ they will put a stop to this

I got egift card of Coach Outlet from my sister, they sent me the INVALID LINK!
I try to chat them, but the CS is really HORRIBLE, they CANNOT solve the issue,,
The CS, Carlos, informed me that my order still pending on Order Process Department, and the way to contact them through email. USELESS CS, cannot support of any case.

Why Coach and other site still use Cashstar as their 3rd party for gift card! This company must be scam! Really dissapointed!

So, I do LOTS AND LOTS of roblox and XBOX gift card giveaways, I ordered 7,000 dollars of roblox gift cards, GOT NOTHING, NOT EVEN A F#CKING REFUND, NOT RECCOMENDED EVER.

THEY TAKE FOREVER TO SEND YOU YOUR PURCHASES ITS JUST STUPID! I recommend buying cards in real life!

Ordered a roblox card online and never received it, or a confirmation of my order emailed customer service and was told they had no record of my purchase. Disputed transaction with my bank.

This company appears to be fraudently selling electronic gift cards. I purchased a $50 e gift card to AMF Bowling/ Bowler for Christmas. She went to use it and was told there was less than $15 on the gift card although it was never used. Any customer service prompts lead to other phone numbers where only voice-mails can be left and never a call back. Any FAQ or customer service messages on forms are made so not all information can be filled out. Feels sad to be taken like this especially since it was a gift to my sister.
