NO NO NO NO. DON'T EVER USE CASHSTAR. I ordered a bag at coachoutlet.com using my giftcard. My item wasn't ship. I've been getting no replies at all from coach. I filed a dispute but got generic replies. They won't even help me to process my order!
Now, I just want to cancel my order, and my giftcard purchase but they won't let me. :( WHAT A WASTE.
Tried to send email Home Depot gift card to friend in Houston dealing with flood. Would not go through to his email address even though I have had no issues sending anything in the past. I assumed that since it was undeliverable my CC would not be charged. I went to store and bought gift card and sent priority instead. Opened CC statement and see my acct. Was charged. Called for refund and stated my case and was denied- never again will I deal with cash star- woman on the phone was a b_tch to top it off- thanks so much for taking my money.
Ordered a gift card for Home Depot 10 days ago and it did not get here. Tried for 24 hours to reach Cashstar, get only an option to leave voicemail then no response. Called Home Depot and Cashstar would not respond to them either. Was to be a Christmas present. Will dispute with my credit card. BEWARE!
Orderd QVC 3 gift cards on 12/10... rec'd 1 of 3 on 12/19... On 12/22 still waiting for the other two that apparently were mailed on 12/15 with the one I received! All they can say is wait one more day and if you don't receive them will refund you! Well isnt that great... what do I do for the two gifts I'm suppose to give tomorrow! I will never order from any vendor who uses Cashstar! And beware of the nasty Customer Service reps... that's if you can get one.
This app has people really scamming people who give their e-mail or payment method to people who use Google Play apps. They check to see if their using their app or not then charge $1.50 repeatedly 7 or 8 times at the outset then more irrermendile amounts. Avoid giving people your information in the App Store.
