I ordered $150 worth on Dec 22nd to give as gifts ans as of today Jan 6,2023 I still haven't received them! They refuse to refund and I had to spend another $150 to get other cards at a local store. DON'T ORDER THRU THIS SITE!

Having issues receiving nothing more than what you paid for? Are they fulfilling your product in shady deceitful ways? Most of their business practices fall under this wonderful thing called FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISING... Report them to the FTC and let our government stick a big ole eggplant right up their buttholes. It just doesn't work. Want to purchase a gift card? Sure! You give them you're money (in my case through Paypal) and it... doesn't work. The website begins to load forever and on Paypal it just says that the payment has been authorized. I find it frankly astounding that is possible for a web service like this one to just... not function. I have tried twice and i am not the only one for whom this does not work.

I tried to purchase two Nordstrom gift cards through Cashstar as Christmas gifts for my visiting son and his girlfriend. One went through, the other didn't. Long story short, I spent three hours (no exaggeration…. Incredible hold times) with four calls on the phone with Cashstar. Their system thought the second purchase was fraudulent and could not process it. Promises to escalate, promises to fix it, transfer, transfer, transfer….
Bad look for Nordstrom.

I made a purchase for a $100 gift card today. Immediately after I submitted my payment, I wanted to modify it. I could not find a phone number, so I emailed Cashstar to cancel my order. Their email response was that they do not offer cancellations or changes to an order. Needless to say this is not fair to a consumer, who needs to modify an order I will never use Cashstar again.
Also, it is a challenge to submit this review!

I ordered an egift card for a friend and had it sent to their email. It was quick and simple. My friend received the gift card and used it to purchase items within the next couple days. I had no trouble purchasing the egift card for a department store and my friend had no trouble using it. Would recommend.

I purchased a 450.00 Home Depot gift card from Kroger. I ordered two porch rockers which totaled 372.56. My balance should be 77.44. When I went to HD to purchase later, the cashier told me I had a zero balance. I have tried everything from Hone Depot store to online customer service. They were helpful, but the blame lies with Cash Star. They owe me 77.44 and refuse to refund me or reapply this amount to a new gift card. If they are doing this, think of all the money they are stealing from people! Just awful customer service. Tried to make me lol like a liar, which I am not. I will no longer shop at HD now since they all of their gift cards are serviced with Cash Star!

Only one out of five purchased ecards were actually successful. That is less than a 20% success rate, this system is absolute garbage.

There has got to be a better way, because this isn't it.

I bought a 26$ roblox gift card for an item and "Cashstar" charged me 4 times (all pending). I already redeemed my code and I've only recieved ONE code even though it charged for 4 codes. If I refund all the charges my Roblox account would get terminated for "unauthorized purchases".

I also purchased a 250$ giftcard for Roblox again and they charged me without me receiving it. Luckily customer service was nice and I got a refund.

This company is borderline fraudulent. After these situations (which happened one after the other) I will never purchase anything from this company ever again and I recommend you don't aswell.

Not only did the gift card not work for my 13 year old nephew, cashstar wouldn't issue me a refund. I disputed the charge with my bank and two weeks later cashstar refunded me the $50. Stay away! I am not sure how they are not shut down.

OMG! I went to purchase a $100 gift card online from Ulta Beauty for my daughter. Ulta's site directs you to cashstar to purchase. My credit card was charged $100 and they sent me the $100 gift card which I printed off for her. She went to use the GC and was told at the register that it had $0 available. I have been fighting an uphill battle since. NO live agents to talk to, unless you jump through numerous hoops to get to the Indian who after two LENGTHY phone calls told me he would put the $100 back on the GF and email me. He did neither. I'm reporting them to BBB. Definitely a SCAM! I had to venmo my daughter the $100 so she could save face at the register so now I'm out $200!

This stupid "cashstar" scammed me out of 20 dollars. I bought a robux gift card and it never gave me the code. And i emailed for help. Never recieved help. $#*! this stupid company

I should've known this was a scam. I purchased a $10 Roblox gift card and I waited a few hours thinking it would come through. It didn't. I contacted CashStar and they're saying my order was unable to process. I recommend you don't buy from this fraudulent company. Now i have to focus on getting a refund.

Seems like a scam been waiting for 9 days for gift card and still have not received my it. Customer service at *******977, sucks! Incompetent people that won't help and never sent me a receipt for purchase. LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS!

It's funny that they introduced themselves that they are bringing leading technology. Whereas, every transaction takes like 5-6 hours. That's not how automation work.

Received $100 e-gift card for dairy queen. Tried to use it a few days later and was told it had a zero balance. Contacted cashstar who went in and changed the link to the e-card to reflect a zero balance and told me it must have been used which it hadn't. Was never loaded. Obvious scam with useless customer service.

Tried twice to purchase a $10 gift card for Roblox and both transactions were stuck on the loading screen. Now I have a $20 pending charge total and no in-game credit to show for it. Cheers Roblox, and cheers CashStar.

I purchased something for $10 and it came to $15. The only reason i purchased a gift card is you get more robux for cheaper. If i knew it was going to come to $15. I would've purchased from the roblox app.

I purchased a Roblox Cashstar giftcard for a friends birthday via PayPal but the payment has been pending for the past 5 days and my friend hasn't gotten his giftcard. There is literally nothing wrong with my PayPal account but apparently according to other reviews they get their money refunded after a week so this is literally a scam.
