Overall process was very quick. Shipping label was emailed to me within a day, and they reviewed the laptops within 24 hours of delivery. Although I disagree with their assessment/value of the laptop, it was still easier than trying to sell myself.

They ask you to send in your laptop, and they evaluate it. They told me they would send $50, but then after "review" (where they cited a single scratch on the side of my laptop and said the battery was "80%") told me they would only give me $10. They then linked this website and asked me to give a 5 star review for an additional $10. So that's what I did. That is what they offered and this review is my acceptance of their offer, which is now legally binding.
