Employes closed 20 minutes before the closing time 19:40 they close the doors in my face when I was coming for a gift card and some clothes, and made 30 mins on road to get the doors closed in my face

I never ever got my parcel from them. When I sent emails to try to find my parcel they just ignored me until I had to get paypal to help because I was sick of trying to find out where it was. I will never buy from them again. It was all a lot of trouble

The ladies were very helpful, they helped me find all the sizes I needed and provided excellent customer service even on items they don't sell/carry.

Credit Cards

Why do you push credit cards? I hate when I come in to purchase clothes for my kids and the only question that I am asked is if I want a credit card. The answer is NO! I feel so bad for the employees because when I say no it seems like they are in trouble. Why would I want a credit card that is for one store that only carries children's clothing?
Do the employees get in trouble? A very young girl acted like she was going to be fired when I said no. I felt so bad for her. I told her to get a new job instead of working somewhere like this. I will never purchase anything from Carter's again.

Very bad service
February 10, 2022

I ordered my package on Jan 17,2022 and today is Fab 10,2022 and I am still waiting for my package. I did chat with the agent and she said, she is reshipping my order and one of my item is out of stock. During conversation she left the chat. I called customer service and the samething she said about my package and mentioned shipping company lost my package. Very bad service. I will never order anything from this website. 0 Mark

On Monday 1/31/22 I went to Carters in Dedham, MA to find some Valentine's Day clothes for my infant. As I was in the store looking, one of the associates kept following me around the store asking me if I needed anything SEVERAL times. I did ask her if they had anymore of a variety of Valentine's Day outfits, she then carried on texting on her personal phone after about 40 seconds she responds "yes that is all we have" and proceeded to show me other things not related to what I asked. I later went to the OshKosh side and she's staring at me and says "these are for older kids" I responded "I know I am looking at the socks rack" and she responds "Oh". The woman then asked another associate to "watch" me as she went to another section of the store.

I've shopped there many times and this is the first time I experienced something like this and I will never step foot in there again.

After buying multiple winter pyjamas for my baby, I realized that my baby is suffering from skin allergies, so i read on the material, it turned out to be 100% polyester. I have trusted this brand since i was buying the summer collection which was made of cotton. How on earth do they use polyester for babies?

It was 8 days of my order which was said to have shipped, but tracking number said package hadn't been received, I found out the package was still in their warehouse waiting for pick up with no anticipated pick up in the near future. I told them to cancel my order. Very disappointed.

One package was lost on the transit to store, and another was not there in the store when I went to pick up at the store. The associate in the Bergen town center was very arrogant and she was wrong with a lot of things like how much refund I get, the price of the items which is stock in the store. No apologies. She wasted my 40 minutes, because she is not acknowledged.

I tried to contact Customer support guy "Miller" regarding Carters mobile app issue.
Instead of resolving an issue, he started asking go with alternative. Since I dont have laptop right now, I was asking to resolve this issue and he started behaving rudely.

I purchased a PLAYSPOT GEO Foam Floor Tiles playmat (Blue Ombre) and they had the nerve to ship me a used playmat. Just tossed in a box! Didn't even take the time to wipe it down, who knows where this mat has been or what it has been through. I called customer service, they were of no help and refused to let me speak to anyone in management. I will never buy another item from this website.

Deceiving

Ordered a gift card with a $30 free gift card. Had no idea of the limitations. Card would have to be used within weeks of receiving, I'd have to purchase atleast $100. In order to use it, was not allowed to go toward any door buster specials etc.

I was fooled this time, NEVER AGAIN. Anyone reading this, please read the fine print before you get stuck with a useless so called bonus gift card.

Product itself I've been fine with but I really don't appreciate companies, especially large ones doing this type of a scam.

When the product is noit availbale in the store in the proper size, the clerk will joyfully offer to let you purchase it and have it shipped to your home. Do not be sucked into that trap!

Cater's uses a shipper named LaserShip (should be named LoserShip). The only thing Carter's can do when you do not receive your shipment is to cancel your order.

Never again! Too frustrating!

I've worked for this company 5 years and the hole 5 years working for this company I was disrespected by their supervisor and managers and was retaliated against when I reported them to corporate they mess up our hours meaning we have to wait till the next pay period to get paid they cut hours alot and don't file unemployment for there full-time employees I mean they don't pay their employees enough money managers make statements to employees telling us we can be replaced in a real disrespectful manner I will not recommend no one to work for this company into they get rid of all the bad managers that's at this company because you will be wasting your time applying for this company that dont have values and don't follow there own sop so apply for Walmart and Amazon they treat there employees with respect also here is the names of the bad managers and supervisor Martha from 1st shift manager Reese on 3rd shift shipping Sam supervisor from shipping and they all have there favorites when it comes to trying to report them to corporate so be careful when reporting them including the director Paul because he told me all his managers and supervisor are safe from getting fired
