I have been buying children's clothes for years there now and their products never fail me the quality is excellent, but going to their retail locations is a pain. The staff there are not very helpful most of the time. Prices are a little high but it is worth it they last.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered online because I work crazy hours and it's easier for me. I needed the clothes for my daughter for a trip we were taking the following weekend. Ordered on Monday, and I got a email saying it was here on Friday (which was awesome) oh was my excitement shortly lived. I opened the box and the right packing slip was in the box BUT every article of clothing was WRONG. I called customer service to let them know and the customer service representative with a nonchalant attitude says "oh yeah, sometimes that just happens" EXCUSE ME?! Just the WORST experience I've ever had with anyone I've ever ordered from online. I won't order here again.

Amazing experience!

I had put in my order already for my baby boy and needed to change the size of clothing and shoes one size up. When I had called customer service, the lady who helped me was very sweet! She had cancelled my whole order by accident, but bumped me up to over night shipping and added a 30% off my order for the inconvenience. PLUS she gave me a coupon code me 30% off my next order and also over night shipping. This was the first time I had to deal with customer service and the person who helped me was nothing but the best and made sure she got everything taken care of plus more!

Perfect for kids

Sometimes it can be alittle expensive but I love love love this store. My son fits in all of the clothes perfectly and they have also lasted us a good while. I highly recommend this store.

Customer service line

I placed an order online to be delivered at a store near me not knowing at the time it directed me to a store farther away. After my order was placed I called customer service the next day. The first Rep said his system was not working and to call right back, which it sounded like I interrupted his lunch or nap. He just didn't sound alert. The second Rep I got told me he was putting in an expedited alert to change the store location and I will hear something back from them with new tracking information etc. etc. I never heard anything back until I was notified that it went to the store I didn't want it to go too. Bottom line don't call customer service because the service sucks and you get no results!

Terrible

I placed my order on Dec. 16 and tracked my order. Will not be here until Dec. 27. Great I will get until after christmas. Called and the representative was the rudest person ever. I explained that I didn't have money tor buy something else for my grand dauther they dont give a $#*!.

Cheap zippers

Bought 5 new one piece sleepers with hood with ears. So cute. But 4 out of 5 zippers broke within couple of months. Waste of money. Spent $10 plus tax. Afraid to buy from there now.

Never received order

I placed an order on 11/22/16. I received an email with shipping info and tracking number. I checked the tracking a few days later and ups website said items were returned per sender, stating this was a duplicate order. I never received my order. Contacted customer service was told they would resend items and apologized. Said I would get new tracking number. Checked today got new tracking number checked it out on ups tracking number is and old number for something that was delivered to Elgin, OK 6/12/15! What a rip-off. Customer service wont reply to my emails. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Placed an order on the monday. The website caused a glitch selecting a wrong address. I called them to change the address and the say they could not it was being processed and being packed for shipping fast foward five days later and package was still not shipped. I spent over $500 in clothing for my kids in one month. But i will never shop at this company again

Love the Style

Actually I really like the clothes, and the delivery is acceptable. You know, babes always grow so fast and you have to buy another and another. And sometimes you take a look of the cute clothes in Carter's, you just want to buy it because you have imagined how it stunning when your children put it on.

Title says it all, need i say more? Spend 100 on gifts for my niece the wednesday before thanksgiving and did not recieve a confirmation email. I waited and nothing. I called today to ask about it and because i checked out as a guest at the time, they had to use my name, card number, email address and phone number to try to find it and came up with nothing. Naturally, i checked my bank to see if the order even went through, because maybe i was declined, right? Nope! Money was gone to CARTERS. Ive had a similar issue before with carters but with a smaller order and hve nver seen the product, nor did i get the money back. Not again. Never shopping with carters again!
