I was satisfied

It was good. But I feel that they shoul have paid more. My timing belt need to be replaced. They o ly paid for the mention. But they are other parts that need to be replaced when replacing a timing belt. Like the water pump

I thought you could go to any license macanic that acknowledge car shield. I have a mini and everyone can't work on them. Because they don't allow parts to be shipped in it cost me more.

Called to be sure I was covered after getting a call from a competitor telling me I was not covered due to the "lawsuit " that your company was a part of. They assured me I had coverage and Car Shield was not going anywhere.

Not covering anything related to emission control makes no sense. And that is even with their best plan. They need to cover essential ECM related repairs if they want remain relevant. Their competitors do cover that segment.

My experience is horrible. I am paying y'all for insurance and you are doing what you said you suppose to do. I have not have my car for almost two weeks. And y'all are fighting about parts with the service company. Please just fix my car. I am so depressed right now.
