Went for service for cv joints and a/c. This service was done at a listed carshield service center. They would not cover the a/c repair diagnosis to fix the problem only repairs after diagnosis which was a cost of $300 dollars. Nor did they cover complete cost of the cv joints. Repair cost me $500 dollars not the $100 dollars they advertise.

I have used Car Shield benefits several times. The customer service, and benefits have been very helpful. The timing of the approvals and the invoices paid out have been satisfactory, and reasonable, helping me to have safe transportation at minimal cost.

Phone calls from another organization are saying that Car Shield settled a lawsuit for 10 million dollars for not paying their claims, and that repair facilities are no longer excepting Car Shield. I am aware that the lawsuit was settled. I called both repair facilities we use for work on our Ford 350 super duty pickup, and they told me they have not had any problems with Car Shield. My conversation with your representative was about this settlement and to make sure you're a legitimate organization. The other companies are calling people and indicating that the Security and Exchange Commission has identified Car Shield as an illegitimate organization. I do not believe that to be true. We have not had to file a claim but feel if we do your organization will be there to help cover that cost.

I took my car to the dealer for an engine light that had come on. After 3 days I hadn't heard anything until car shield called to let me know what was going on. And it was car shield who continued to keep me updated. After 12 days I removed my car from the dealership and took it to another shop where the repairs were done and we had no problems with car shield paying.

My car towing experience went well; nice and respectable person came, and allowed me to ride along. However, I wish the CarShield Rep had told me that the dealership does not participate with CarShield. It was a lost for me; I had to pay out-of-pocket about $650.00... I probably would have had my car towed somewhere else?

Had an issue with my AC in my truck. I ask my mechanic if they could fix it, they said yes. They are all certified. I told them I had car shield, they said no problem. Pay The $100 deductible and we will get it done. Picked it up that day and saved $1300 parts and labor.

My vehicle has been in and out of the shop more than 3 times for the same issue. I was informed by the shop that car shield wouldn't cover the repair because of warranty issues. Ended up taking the vehicle to the dealership and it's been there for about a week. Total time without my vehicle so far has been 1 month.

I called because I received a letter from Enhancer advising me my monthly subscription was increasing and I knew my account was with Car Shield and wanted to find out if Car Shield and Enhancer were the same or was my getting the letter a mistake. The lady I spoke with immediately told me, No, not at all Car Shield was separate from Enhancer. I said "Praise the Lord and hung up with a smile on my face
