The whole process was made easy took it to my mechanic. They did the troubleshooting they called car shield and it was repaired in about a week. Awesome service everything easy thank you.

Well I discover the many things your service will not cover. Apparently I never completed the fine print. Im thinking that you all talk a good service only to discover you all merely market your product-another company pays the real costs- making you all the middleman

Everything was smooth and easy to get signed up. The agent was very helpful and explained all the options and went through the process of submitting claims and everything. I did not five a 5, because the real test will happen if and when I have to file a claim.

Repair was not done. Had to get another car shop to take car
They cannot schedule it until May 6th. I will bring it to them at that time. Will need rental at that time. Did not use a rental at the Ford dealership, though it was approved. Robisheaux Ford wasn't happy with Car Shield...
