CarShield has been very good at keeping me undated on the status on my car.
The Mechanic had no problem contacting the claims department. My car was ready a day. Carshield saved me money. Of something that would have cost me 2900. 00 Thank you Carshield. Best thing i ever did.
I spoke with Nick regarding replacement of my front brake calipers. I know pads & rotors are normal maintenance parts. He was very patient, walked me through everything and greatly calmed my worried mind. Replacement is scheduled, the service provider was very professional, clean organized shop. I do not anticipate any hassles

Felt my transmission having problems, immediately took it to a mechanic for diagnosis and discovered transmission was slipping 3rd and 4th gear and needed work. Carshield cleared the work within 3 days and vehicle is currently being repaired. Loner car was supplied and allowed me to continue working without disruption. My claim still in the works, so far so good.

The only complaint I have is it seemed that facility found some issues when completing the diagnosis on AC. Some things dealing with the cooling system that could have been fixed while they were already doing the job.?

This was my first time using our policy so I thought it would be difficult. To my surprise it was quick and easy. No problem finding a repair shop and no problem getting the claim approved. In all, it took two days to get everything done. Very pleased with the whole process.

My engine had issues with the block and they pulled fine print to say since it was not a moving part they would not cover the repair
