Was told I had bumper to bumper coverage First time I needed to use my coverage it wasn't covered. I needed work done on my exhaust and was told it wasn't covered So I had to put out $459 for a car I thought had a good warranty.

Took our car to have air conditioning checked. It was a serious problem, going to be over $1000. I gave my CarShield papers to the young lady who checked us in. She called CarShield and the repairs were done in a few hours with my bill just the deductible of $100. So grateful I had CarShield.

Engine blew up and they only covered $1200 out of the $6000. My shop provided all the necessary details from cause of failure to freeze frame data. They refused to pay the entire claim. Even though all parts were covered under the contract. If you google this company you'll understand why there's a 10 million dollar lawsuit for deceptive ads. No shop or dealership wants to deal with CarShield either. They are difficult to work with and do not pay out. Save yourself and go with another company.

What I thought was minor repairs turned out to be major. One call tp CarSheild and done. My Jeep was completed the next day and CarSheild paid over $2500 in repairs!

I filed a claim regarding engine problems. Even though my issue was not covered by my contract, the claims adjuster was very sympathetic to my situation. He pointed out, in the contract, why my repair was not covered. He stated I did everything right, in regards to maintenance on my car, and filing a claim before the car broke down. I had to buy a new car, with a new car warranty. In the event I ever need an extended warranty, I will consider CarShield again for my coverage. I will also recommend CarShield to others. Your customer service was top notch.

Walmart missed putting in one number for the odometer reading and it went to carfax, impossible to deal with, which caused car shield to say the is an issue with the carfax report and they refuse to pay to fix my truck!

They will put language in the contract that will negate fixing your vehicle. Car warranties are not worth the expense and hassle.

I chose to cancel my coverage for the time being due to having other coverage and significant medical bills. Associate was very helpful and understanding. I will be back with Car Shield when my other coverage expires

I didn't appreciate the misinformation during the early stages of claim approval process.
The repair shop was waiting for the claims department claiming that the necessary information was provided to the claims department to get the process moving.
I spoke with the claims department after waiting patiently for the process to get moving towards approval.
Unfortunately it wasn't until I registered my dissatisfaction on the claims department inquiry site before the claims department and the shop was on the same page.
Thankfully my vehicle is under going the necessary repairs.
I expect the remaining outcome will be more satisfying than the initial start.
