I send my information to car. Com then they have a counteract with som cars Deeler to sell your info to them and Chaking you credit with out your nalleg.
Today I seen hard inqary on my credit report from one of the chavey car deeler when I don't know my personal information was send to them. What I did I call the deeler and they advice me to countact cars. Com. Over all pleas I don't advice to give or trust this site. You need a car just go to aney car deeler that you chose.

We bought a new Ford Escape from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. Our sales consultant, Paul Fuchs was very knowledgeable. Frank Lacey was very helpful with the lease problem we had with our Ford Explorer. The financing was taken care of with Vincent Ippolito. Each one of the staff was very helpful with the entire process and now we are the proud owners of a Charcoal Metallic Gray Ford Escape. Paul Fuchs was the best sales consultant we have ever had. The whole experience was "The Perfect Escape".

I listed my car on cars.com and immediately started getting creepy phone calls and texts from scammers. The worst part is that cars.com had me enter my phone number but its not available for anyone viewing my ad. This means that scammers have instant access to this data. Most of the message asked if my car was for sale and how much I was asking. If they read the ad they would know this information. Instead they have my phone number and not much else. This site should be investigated or reported to the better business bureau.

It provided great tools for getting a reasonable price for my 2014 Subaru as a trade in and the 2015 Audi I purchased for my daughter. Wise choice for the detail oriented car buyer out there.

I set up an account on Cars.com to sell my vehicle. I didn't want to pay $25 in order to have the "better" package. The free option allowed my vehicle one month of Advertise time. I was okay with that. But I couldn't get my photo's to upload, and I only had 12 views.
The worst thing I faced was that the only "Bites" I got were from SCAMMERS. I don't know if paying for the package would have made any difference in who was able to view my page, but I do know, Posting on this website was a complete waste of my time.

After having my posting up for a week it only had 13 views. Facebook marketplace was close to 200. Cars.com was the only posting I made including my phone number, and I received multiple robo calls from shady businesses about wanting to help me sell my car or "leave a message if you want to list an ad". So not worth it!

I posted my car & in the 1st few days had at least 7 hits, all fraudulent buyers. I had 0 REAL buyers & it's been posted for a month. These scammers are persistent & you're not sure at 1st so you spend a lot of time with each contact (time wasted). I complained to admin of this site & they just didn't care that they are being used for this purpose. They had a link to click for fraud warnings but when you click on it you get no info, just takes you back to the site sales. There are many different types of scams & they should not only be warning us but if we get messages from scammers through their site they should be blocking them & they don't. Very disappointed! I put a sign on my car & sold it in a week.
