Have used the flags for years.

The Sale of $14++ for flags is miss leading. I'm disappointed in that. I also purchased a flag pole 2-3 months ago. This pole is 6' mental in two pieces. Do not buy this pole. It looks like it came from a pup tent kit. Other then this, I'm happy with the other products I have purchased.

Didn't think I would ever find what I needed but checked out the website and was delighted that they had exactly what I needed.

Delivery service to be used should be specified. We have a post office box as our billing address but we also have a physical address for deliveries if they are coming by Fed-Ex or UPS. This caused a delay in our delivery.

Everything was as promised

Everytime you change billing address it changes shipping address. We have a PO Box for billing and street address for shipping. Try changing both and it would automatically change the other.
