We have tried many flags over the years and these have held up better than any we have found.

Good deal, would be better with free shipping. Lasted 9 months before needing to be replaced due to fading of fabric and becoming ragged on the ends. Would have hoped it would last longer as it is listed as your top brand for quality and durability.
I discovered Carrot-Top searching online to replace another company whose practices changed in the past couple of years. Their delivery time expanded to the point where the previous delivery took 2 weeks. Also they were unresponsive to telephone calls. Several months ago I ordered 600' of rope which arrived on a spindle (except for a few feet) and arrived 2 days from the date of my order. The flag also arrived in the same amount of time. Furthermore I have contacted Carrot-Top by phone and was serviced quickly and professionally. I definitely received the impression that Carrot-Top appreciated and wanted my business. So long as service is as it is now I have no intention of looking anywhere else for flags or accessories.

Great service. The mounting bracket was actually broken when I opened the package. I called Carrot-Top and had a new one within a few days along with a return label to send the broke one back so they could examine it and try to improve on the issue.

I have ordered a few flags and put them up on my flag pole. Now I take them down when winds go above 14 knots. Now... Even doing this I find that YOUR FLAGS are STILL coming apart! I am VERY disappointed in your products! As they CLAIM to be able to withstand higher winds! I DOUBT THEY WOULD! PLUS. Your shipping is OUTRAGES! I don't know what to tell you, But I can say... Your flags are NOT of good quality!
