I've ordered several items for my project and I'm having a great experience and as we all know there will be some glitches, but so far customer service has been great making my experience a pleasant one.The only issue I've had thus far was not receiving an email confirmation which was rectified immediately after calling customer service.
I will recommend Carparts to my friends.

I will definitely order from car parts again. The price was great and the upper control arm for my Kia fit perfectly, even the overnight shipping charge was worth it.

This is a horrible company to get car parts from. I ordered my car ports on a Tuesday only received one of the two car parts the following Tuesday. When I call they tell me it came from 2 different places and I won't get the other one till Thursday. Bad business would never buy from them again.

Site is easy to navigate, great selection, fair price, they carry parts other sites dont. I was able to find part relay fast.

The price you couldn't beat. After 5 days, still no tracking#. Sent email but no answer. Received package in good time. The lack of communication is horrible.

I did not receive a tracking # of my product I ordered on last week an I'm about to report this website I had msged them to get a hold of them to see when my product would come an no help at all I would not recommend buying from this website again

Take days to ship out ur parts but tell u at the time of purchase it would be ship the next day, and can't get to them with an email

Car parts sent me a faulty Mass Air flow for my car that only shuts my car off when plug. I contacted Car Parts but yet to get a response from them. Buyers Stay away from buying any good quality parts from them. They only want your cash!

I may be quick to criticize however; Car Parts on line ordering fail to show an expected date of delivery or an estimated date of shipment, they just process your order and take your money.

I'm happy with the price but I hope it gets here by Tuesday I placed this order early today a d you still haven't processed it yet, my truck goes in Tuesday, it said 2-3 buisness days, please get on the ball, better review to come if it arrives on time

They have messed my order up, had to call, spent way to much time on the phone with George only to be lied to. Not worth saving a few cents. I asked for a supervisor to fix it and was told i couldn't speak to one!

I like car parts, fast easy to order parts, fast shipping... all parts I have ordered fit exactly like the original parts, great directions easy to follow steps, should be everybody's parts department.
