1. I ordered control arms for my Toyota Camry, because the price was 1/2 price of even discounted Napa parts. I was suspicious of this price from the start, but I thought, "Who knows,. Let me try and see", but the parts were visibly of inferior quality, and the rubber grommets were so thin and deformed that they came apart just from touching while my original Toyota parts were 16-years-old and still in a pretty good shape.
I never installed their parts.
2. I called them, and they tried to tell me that I had to pay for return shipping, but they "made an exception" and waved it, yet I first received refund less shipping, and I had to call again to ask and explain that I never used their parts.
They agreed and gave me a "full refund" which was still 8 % less that the full price I paid.
3. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1, because they still "made an exception" and gave me a "full refund" (which was almost full).
In the rear view, perhaps, it was my fault that I considered this online site because of a very low price over a reputable Napa or other physical stores where I could see and inspect the parts (and return them if defective), and I ALMOST risked my and my family lives by ALMOST installing these cheap defective but very important parts on my car.
Be careful with this place.
They make up money on over charging on the shipping charges. I work for the shipping company and know what the rate should have been.
My price went up 35$ in Shipping, Handling fees and taxes. They have Amazon pay so i thought shipping would be reasonable. Also the TPMS did not work, So I had to go get one while my car was being repaired.
Good price for a part I needed but 8 days to ship it is nuts wish I would have known how long it would take to ship before I confirmed my order, as I need to get the car back on the road and don't have over a week to wait
This company shows you a low price then they add Many additonal costs when go to pay for it!:-(
They advertised it as a cost of $5.85 and the total cost was $21.15!

Why in this day of instant knowledge is it not possible to know if something is in stock before filling the order? You take the money and give a confirmation number but do not give a shipping date. What kind of business are you guys running?
I found the side view mirror I needed and ordered it. I received the confirmation email saying my purchase had gone through, and that I would receive shipping info within 24-48 hours. Instead, I received a follow-up email telling me the mirror was in fact out of stock. That would've been nice to know before I ordered it. Lesson learned.
Never during the check out process was it indicated when the part will be delivered. Wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing. Hopefully I get the right part.
Check your parts! They sent wrong item, although outside of box indicated correct part number.
Unfortunately I waited over 30 days to install and then noticed wrong part sent.
My fault I guess for not looking when arrived. So look as soon as your part comes in to make sure it's correct.
I really don't think this is a bad company they had good customer service but they sent me the wrong part and I had to pay for the shipping and Handling. And postage both ways. If you send somebody the wrong part they shouldn't have to pay for the shipping to return it I just feel that it was unfair. Had that not happened I would be thinking differently about this company. This was my first time buying from them not a good experience.
Almost 7 days since order was placed and still no tracking number. How long is this going to take? Will update review once we actually receive the product.

I added a part to my cart, didn't add any checkout details and then left the site to search elsewhere... the next day at 2am I got an email saying that I'd placed the order! Not only is that not true, there are plenty of other reviews claiming the same thing. Absolute fraud and scummy business practices. Will never visit their site again.
I was looking on their website trying to price a part- I entered my address and name to check a shipping price. I entered NO OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION and the next day I get an email saying thank you for your purchase and have been charged over $60.00. NO IDEA how they would have information to charge me. This has to be fraud.
Parts appear to be well made but obviously not for my car. Air intake hose had to be modified on both ends to fit. Crankcase vent hose not even close. Sorry I did not buy oem parts. I am done
The tire shop that I took my car to recommended that I order replacement wheels from a third party to save some money. They quoted me $205/each for wheel replacement. After doing some looking, Carparts.com was the only website that offered the best deal for re-manufactured wheels. I got them for $170/each and the cost of shipping was reasonable and fast. The quality of the wheels received exceeded my expectations. They look like brand new and the tire shop had no issues putting them on. Overall, I was very satisfied with my order on Carparts.com.
