Same again takes the money but no goods, writing to trading standards please do the same

I ordered paint on 12th February 2014. No paint despite 'must have got lost in the post, we will send another' twice. Now sold the car using local shop paint costing £4.95.
Reported by phone and email to Trading Standards and eventually emailed that it had to be referred to Citizens Advice Bureau. 6 weeks later no response from anyone.
AVOID! They are there to rip you off. Cannot the Trading Standards stop this man, there are there to help the public in situations like this.

I ordered paint 0n 7th April 2014, money taken immediately by WorldPay but still waiting for paint nearly 4 weeks later. They don't answer phone, just has a message saying emil them and they will answer within 24 hour! Emailed them several times over the next three weeks and each time they eventually replied saying the order would be dispatched shortly. Eventually they stopped answering. Still no paint. Have demanded a full refund but don't hold out much hope. Treat this Company like the plague, they appear to be running a scam. I suggest the fraud squad should investigate them.

This company can't be trusted! I placed my order 15 Mar '14 and they took my money. I had my order confirmed by email on 17th Mar and was told "Delivery should take no more than a couple of days but please allow at least 5 working days for delivery". I waited a week, nothing arrived. I've tried emailing and phoning them and cannot get anyone to reply. Judging by other peoples reviews and experience of this outfit (which I was gullible enough not to read) they should be taken out of business by the Scottish Trading Standards who I am about to inform. Just don't buy from them!

Fair's, fair as they say! Following my former review of Car Paint Repair I have today received a refund of my money but I make no apology for my single star rating of them simply because of their abysmal communication with (what is) every company's source of income - their customers!

Ordered paint for my car on the 30th of june, its now 18th of july still not recieved it. Telephone them but its always an answer machine, emailed them several times which they have ignored. I contacted office of fair trading, which advised me to check with company house, surprise, surprise, they are not registered was advised to report them to Action Fraud (*******040) which work alongside of the police. They are now investigating. Would advise everyone to ring this number, now i am hoping my bank can recover my money

Ordered some touch up paint and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally afeter 9 days it turned up the wrong colour. Emailed and foned, no reply. Dont waste your money. In the end I went to http://auto-paint.co.uk/carpaint/ Perfect colour match and great service. However if you have been burned by this or any other company get your money back. Get intouch with your bank and ask about CHARGE BACK on your debit card, Credit card may be different so contact them. It does not have to be above £100 for you to do this. You must write to the compay recorded delivery and ask that they return your payment. Give them 31 days, if no joy get the bank involved. They will get it back for you through Charge back. You are protected under law when buying of the internet under the 'Distant selling regulations'. Be informed! They have stolen your money, so get it back..

Sent the wrong paint, they do not answer phone or Emails I rec'd what is obviously their standard email "Hi Thanks for your email. We check and respond to our emails as often as we can. For an instant response please call us on ******* *******. (Call answered Mon-Fri 10am till 2pm then 2.30pm till 5.00pm) Many thanks CarPaintRepair" have been phoning at the times given for nearly 3 weeks. It is obvious I'm going to have to try other methods that is if they are still in business?
