Please accept our apologies for the issue with your delivery. As discussed your original set was lost by DHL so we started to remake a replacement on the 20th April.
I'm glad to see the replacement was delivered today.
Ordered car mats for new Nissan Micra 3rd March 2019.
Money taken from my Mastercard 3rd March 2019.
Now 19th March 2019 - NO MATS - no replies to my emails!

This review was placed when the domain carmats.co.uk was owned by another company, we purchased the domain for our business in May 2020.
Telephone number does not ring, location of the premises do not represent any kind of car mat business, and no response to emails. I have paid almost £100 To them, and so far NO MATS and no contact.

Wide range of available mats. Low delivery price is a big game changer - I'd rather order a new mat here then buy a used on on the Ebay and pay more because of the shipping costs.
Amazing, mats fit perfectly, and superfast delivery. Plus they seem to be the best priced in the uk. Couldn't get my mats cheaper anywhere else.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the service provided. You purchased a set of mats for a Vauxhall Corsa C 2004-2007 but you have a Corsa F registered in 2021.
Our policy at the time of your order in June 2023 was that customised products cannot be returned unless faulty, our team followed our process and offered a discount on a replacement item.
At the end of October 2023 we upgraded our offering to offer free returns for our customers, as well as allowing nearly any product to be returned, even customised products as you had ordered.
As a gesture of goodwill, we'd be happy to send out a replacement set of mats free of charge for your current vehicle.
