Ordered all 4 complete KYB struts for my 2007 CRV. Of the sources that had all 4 in stock, CarID had the best prices. My parts shipped in a day and I received them only a few days later. Super fast service. All the part numbers are correct. My only issue is with the delivery company, they just threw the packages over my gate onto my lawn. They gate isn't even locked.

I truly enjoy the look of the AVS wind vent shades in groove product I purchased. They arrived quickly. My issue is that no install instructions came with them neither in the box or on the packaging. So, I watched the install video several times on your website to do the install. Nothing is said about putting the none taped flange end between the door post and the window seal so I installed mine into the window groove completely as their name implies. Then, The first time I opened my driver window once I closed it my new shade broke. So I sent pictures etc. and was followed with due to my improper install they would not be issuing a replacement or a return. Now I'm left with a broken one on my driver window. Not supplying instructions to customers then denying replacement is not the best way to do business.
