This is probably the 4th time ive orderd from carid and it has been nothing short of efficient. I am always able to get the parts i needed in a reasonably quick time. Also prices are VERY fair for what ive been looking for.parts are abundant fitting every need.

I spend about $1,300.00 and they send me the wrong bumper. Their system change my car detail from GT to GTS and when I report it. They refuse to accept responsibility and wanted me to pay for the freight. The cost of the freight alone was going to cost me more then what I already spend. I even provided proof of their own customer service admitting their system had an error. However, their tech support would not help and all they offer was an RMA. Still, why would I spend more for the freight just to get not even half refunded. This company is not even on the BBB. Buyer beward!

Our records indicate that the part you ordered is OE-restricted and specifically replaces a certain part number associated with the GTS model. Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions. Anyway, the mufflers are on their way back to the manufacturer. We will issue a full refund to your account upon receipt.
