Order parts missing.

I received my order pleased with the products however the buttons were missing to attached the hood cover. I called he company and was assured they had the parts and would send them out asap. It has been a week and I have not received them. I have not been able to put the cover on.

A part for my old car... 2007

Good stuff!

It arrived in good condition, I may need to do a little trimming as you mention in the instructions. Color is darker than it was online, but I think it will be ok. I assumed the PVC would be colored and just surface painted. As I had to use some force to get the legs of it around the steering wheel and knobs some of the paint cracked. I hope that will not be a problem.

Terrible service

I was working under a car when your freight company showed up. He said he had a hard time finding my shop. He set the hood in the shop against the wall, said thanks and went back to his truck. Never asking for a signature or leaving any paperwork or packing slips. Now I'm sure that your company will not do anything to rectify the situation.
