Smooth no issues, found the right part number, verified, then chose delivery. Even though the delivery date initially said Saturday and I got my package on Tuesday causing a delay on the work I had to do, it was a good over all purchase.

Felipe was a big help, shipping was prompt, part was correct and fit, but the corners of the part where it connects to the ducts were broken. There was no noticeable damage to the box. It appears that who ever packaged it dropped it into the box and caused the damage. I did not have time to send the part back due to the mechanic was going to charge me $75/day storage fee, so I had to repair it myself before having the mechanic install it.

I am helping my granddaughter refurbish a car i bought for her to drive when college beggins this fall 2025. After my package sat on FedEx dock for weeks I decide to call Car id to inquire. Next I wait on phone for 10 mins and automated voice says Car ID is too busy to take my call and tells me I will not loose my place in line and they must call me back within a few hours. The system verified my number ending in 1000 and THEN hung up on me! I did this for 3 days in a row and NEVER EVER received a call. The phone in service is USELESS! Car ID secured $35 million in operating capital and can't even honor their word to call someone back! At this point the phone in service should be abolished. The CEO should be aware that someone dropped the ball because having a service in place that is NOT effective or useful is wasteful spending of the $35 million! I am phisically disabled and TEXT chatting is NOT a good option for me and as a result very disingenuous and inconsiderate of Car I'd to treat anyone this way... I had to reach out to my 38 yr old son to help me navigate this situation...( of whom is helping type this experience description)... Needless to say, after spending a considerable chunk of money with Car id, I was not pleasantly happy! Hopefully Car id will resolve this problem not everyone is a sheep!

It was a same exact tail light assembly. The only issue was the bottom screw did not line up perfect. It's installed and works.

I have ordered 5 of these fenders in total. 2 of which were from Car ID. Every single one came in damaged from shipping. Finally i was forced to just accept the fact that I would not be able to get a good fender. I needed my truck so I repaired this last fender from Car ID. Packaging was unacceptable on all five fenders.

Husbands windshield wiper motor went out unexpectedly (2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn, NOT Classic). Amazon didn't have a replacement part and neither did the local auto shops. The dealership told we they don't know when they could get the motor in and it would take 2-3 hours, costing over $950. We got this motor in less than 3 days and so far so good. Wipers work and we saved a lot of money.
