I ordered Toyota Tundra 2000-2006, Red/Smoke LED Tail Lights by Spec-D. They took a long time shipping, never sent tracking information. When I called to cancel the order, I was told they shipped already, and they had to contact UPS to get me tracking number. Instead of a tracking number I get and Email saying sorry the factory has a problem and the product will ship soon. The next day I get the Taillights, and they don't fit correctly and are made very cheaply. The studs that are suppose to hold them close to the quarter panel are just pushed into plastic holes. They come out with your fingers. If you get them installed, there are gaps around the Quarter panel, and you can pull them off with one finger. There is no way I am accepting these junk tail lights. I will be returning them.
The worst EVER. Paid $900 for the parts: ORDER CONFIRMATION # *******... 2 weeks later, I called to see where is my order...! They informed me I'll receive my order Jan 2015! Be very wary! Picture on their site showed a 60/40 split middle seat for ford flex and what they sent was a 50/50 split seat cover. Obviously did not fit. Paid $60 in customs and broker fees to get it to Canada and there response is just send it back, pay the shipping a brokerage fee again but they don't have a cover for a 60/40 split?

DON'T BUY FROM CARID. THEY ARE DISHONEST
Order running boards from carid and it took a month the get the complete order. However, once everything was received It turned out to be the wrong one for my SUV. With the exception on one bracket which showed me it was the wrong unit for my SUV everything else was never taken out of the box. I returned the everything to carid and requested a refund. They refused to refund my money saying the materials had been used and were damaged and sent me pictures of parts that were bent and mangled. They offered to return those part to me at my cost which were not the parts I had returned. Therefore, I ended up paying for something I did not get.

I ordered a set of headlights. One of the headlights they shipped was a completely different brand that then what i ordered, and was also cheaper brand. They refuse to exchange them out saying the item numbers show they are identical headlights so we wont exchange them. They no longer answer emails and will not call me back.

Info on 11/1 there was no movement with USPS I called 11/3 and was told the item was not in stock and a refund will be given. I called 11/5 and was let us check to see if the item was shipped out. I called CARID.com Today for my refund, I was told my refund will

Ordered sill plates for a 2008 Cadillac SRX. Web photo looked great. Just received 4 narrow pieces (1 5/8) of Stainless Steel with 3-M backing. No instructions, no printout of installation and not even close to my stock sills. Yep, should have read the reviews first. BUYER BEWARE. Took this one up the a. If there was a rating less than 1 star, thats where I would rate this ripoff outfit!

I purchased a bumper cover for my 1998 Mercedes SL 500 shipping and service was as promised. They have a 30 day return policy.
I was having the car painted and minor body work done it took me 4 months to finish. The cover was over 2 inches too wide.
We all know these bumpers don't grow but Carid would not back the product

AWFUL customer service. Website doesn't let you cancel orders. Set me item I didn't want. Parts DO NOT fit cars. I bought a hood for my car and the website SELECTED it for my specific car and it DIDN'T FIT. Then I wasn't allowed to return it. AWFUL.

FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!
They took my order for $1300 for a set of tires that they don't even have in stock! For 5 days they gave me the run around. They asked me to submit a copy of my credit card and Gov't ID to have my stuff shipped! (I didn't do this - DON'T EVER GIVE A COMPANY ONLINE YOUR ID AND PICS OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD for any scammer to use)They then took the money from my credit card on day 4 then told me they didn't stock the tires on day 5! Customer service was absolutely disgusting and when I asked for them to refund me they hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!

I wish I would have read the reviews first. The parts came quickly except they sent me the wrong MAF adapter and refuse to either refund my money or send the correct part. This is my first and last time ordering from these crooks, and I buy lots of parts weekly...

Buyer Beware! They get you with reasonable pricing & free shipping but once you buy from then you are stuck with your product. NO customer service no matter what your issue is. At first I was ecstatic. I swore that I loved the price, and the ease of use of the website. I was told my order was not in stock, fine, they said oct 10th, I waited, called a few times, and finally someone finally gives me a straight up oct 27th, I've already been without my truck for over a month, and need it back on the road. They never told me they were actually manufacturing my particular product per order. They should be forthright about the timeframe of when a product ships, etc. The website said one date, then moved to 10th, then it said 13th despite actual date of 27th. No a stretch of over a month in ETA is not acceptable by any sense of modern eCommerce, where some shippers get it out within the next day, like JC whitney. Just look at their under 99% rating on ebay.
I got a hood from them and the primer is all messed up and glue all over the hood where the hood vent is called them and they never called me back I will never buy anything from them again

I ordered car mats for my new acadia from this company. The order was placed based on the pictures on their web site. They arrived and lo and behold they were not the mats pictured. I sent them an email, they said I had to pay for return shipping.
This is the typical bait and switch. The idiots had the gall to offer me a $15 gift certificate in lieu of the shipping (LIKE I WOULD EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN)

Wow, please read these reviews and stand clear of carid. I wish I did. I spent over $4500 on two sets of wheels and tires with this bs company. After three weeks the first set came. Wow they looked great. Then after cleaning them reality set in.One was damaged. Noooo! Ok grabbed my composure. Called carid. Closed. Damm left message. Next day no return call. Called them again. Explained the problem. No problem just send us pictures and we'll take car of it. No problem. Sent. Can we have one with the wheel not mounted on the vehicle. No problem. Sent. Now they're saying that because I mounted this wheel ( keep in mind has not been driven on, just mounted to make sure it fits following their procedure) we can't help you. The best we can do is offer a $25 credit or a $50 credit on a new purchase. What the F? Over $400. Rims. I will never buy from them and I suggest that you look elsewhere for your part needs. They're now blaming the shipping company for the damage and tell me I'm on my own. Btw the 2nd set just arrived and yes one of those were scratched. You have been warned by me and others.
