This company is the worst, purchased some Lexani custom painted wheels which CarID match the WRONG tires for the wheels causing rocks and debris to hit the outter edge of the wheel and cause scratches and dents in the wheels. The problem is that the wheel outer lip sticks out further then the tire therefore the wheel has no protection. Called them and ask what they can do for me and the sales rep said "You can send them back for repair at your cost". What the hell, why is this my fault, it's clear that these tire are the wrong type for these wheels. Sales rep said because I drove on them that the damage was my fault. I responded saying "If I didn't drive on them no one would of known if they were prone to road debris issue. Anyway don't do business with these crooks..

Not sure why so many people have left negative feedback after dealing with CariD. I used their very simple yet functional website to place my order for custom floormats. I placed the order on a Sunday night and received my item literally 4 days later (with free shipping)
They look and fit perfectly, identical to the ones sold at the dealer and over $100 cheaper. Also important to note the tags attached to the new product show GM as the manufacturer therefore most likely the exact same product sold at the dealer. Great product, great service highly recommend.

Do these five star reviews really look legit? Just to update, i still have the box of lights that i purchased it's been a year, which means i never did get a return slip from the company. Looking over the reviews, they seem to be either 1 or 5, and it is sickening how obvious it is to me that the 5's are either the company or paid reviewers.
I recently ordered 2 sets of replacement lights to upgrade my 88 ford head lights. The site said they were direct fitment/ replacement. They looked very nice and solid in the photo. I ordered them and received them fairly quickly. Then, I attempted to install them. Upon opening the box and removing them I discovered a cheap plug with wires in the box with the cheap looking replacement. I was going give them a try. I proceeded to get my stock sealed lights out and immediately new these would no way fit and on top of that, the stock plug was wrong, I was expected to cut into my lighting harness and splice in not just a plug but a poorly designed plug that barely held together as it was. I emailed for the return but the only options offered are replace or exchange. I had to hit one wait for a response and then explain I wanted to return the items. The company makes me pay shipping again, OK I'm fine with that but they also want a restock fee for each item. I haven't received the return shipping label yet and not sure I ever will I paid 60+ for these items delivered and will maybe get back 25 after I pay the shipping and restock. I might just use the parts as target practice since that is what they seem to be good for. Like I said don't buy online form carid. Go into a local auto retailer.

I have been unable to get my order processed despite making a transfer directly to the bank account for CARiD after paypal and card purchases failed. Very stressful and cumbersome experience so far. Still unresolved very dissapointed
Ordered an oracle halo kit as a Christmas gift. The package arrived in good time that's about the only good part. So it was a gift so it wasn't actually opened until Christmas, it was opened and it was clear that it was missing a part. Plus the box was minorly ripped but all the halos seemed to be there but it was missing the color shift control box and controller which the description clearly states is included. So after two plus weeks of back and forth with customer support and waiting for them to contact the manufacturer they tell me that they assured me all pieces were shipped! And after assuring them that it wasn't and sending pictures of what was received they assured me j could get a refund and then two days later they tell me I can't get a refund because I didn't keep the original box that it was shipped in. Really? Who keeps a shipping box after they open it? I did anticipate any of this's happenings. So now I'm out over 300 bucks and have some halos that can't be used without the controller. They are losing a potential repeat customer and the customer support seems to get you nowhere. Waiting to hear back from management or supervisor but don't bother calling because you will be on hold forever might as well just use the email service.
I recently was shopping for a hitch to put on my VW Jetta. I found the best price to be with CARiD. I normally order online after I find what I'm looking for. But I had a question, so I called and talked to salesperson, Brian, who answered my question to my satisfaction and placed my order. My order came quick and was a quality product. Unfortunately I had to return the part because I had to go a different way. I contacted CARiD and they were very courteous and sent me the return invoice with no problem. I received my refund in a few days. I am now a very satisfied customer who will order all my automotive needs from CARiD. They really do have the best price's and customer service all the way around.

Never ordering from this website again, we spent over 400 dollars & they can't seem to help us out on THEIR mistake for sending out the wrong color of the product we ordered! Seriously, I know we passed the 30 day limit but they need to make an exception on their policies when it was their mistake to begin with!

Just called Carid for a color shift controller talked to a guy named Victor, told him I received a set of lights from my girl friend and needed a controler told him the lights was RGB.
He made the order sent me an Email and the part he ordered was for a single color controller... they say they know the product right... called right back got the headach to talk to Oliver and he still failed to listen, tried to candle the order as I was becoming adigated with the service.
Now to get a refund I have to wait to see of it will be approved save your self the headach spend a few more and call any one but these YAHOOS they advertise they know the product but can't get the order right all they want is a sale.
