I ordered part on Friday which was saying order in 3 hours and it will today. So i hurry up and ordered.

I talked to customer support and they keep saying that we know it will shipped on Monday. No other proper answer. Very disappointed

When made to "Prove" to them the parts are wrong I now told to watch for shipping label email with in next week and they will only issue a store credit upon recieving?
Thinking about taking a loss and selling part on ebay for partial refund cause I will never buy here again.

Recently bought some wheels and the salesman Kelvin was extremely helpful and friendly. Took me through the process and made sure everything was correct before placing the order.
Ordered two parts for an RV. One shipped fine. The other was "delayed", I was told. Fine. Got two different tracking numbers, but when I crossed checked them on UPS, they only showed "label created". Called multiple times, always placed on hold while they "called the manufacturer" and was always told it would ship the next day. It wouldn't. Blamed July 4th holiday for the delay, still no item. Get an email on a Wednesday and it says we have to pay $35 more. I respond to "Andy T" and say I think that's ridiculous, we've waited forever, what can we do about this - and how can I be sure I'll actually get my item if I pay MORE? No answer for two days. Call on a Friday and mid conversation the CSR hung up on me. No item and they have my money too. Horrible. AVOID!

I had some questions on some mud flaps for a new vehicle. The customer service agent Dylan was very helpful answering my questions and assisted with placing the order. Made the process easy. The items were delivered when stated. Will definitely do business with CARiD again.
I was happy to have received my order, but I'm quite upset at the UPS Brokerage charges on top of the shipping charges that I had to pay. I was charged a ridiculous brokerage fee of $36.85 plus $1.85 GST for a total of $38.90. Add that onto the shipping and handling fees CARiD initially charged of $31.26US and the total cost to me for shipping is close to $80 Canadian for a very small package that contained a little fog light valued at $97.69.
Had CARiD shipped this very small fog light using the US postal service, I would have received it much faster with no brokerage fees charged on an item that does not trigger duty because of the NAFTA agreement between Canada and the United States.

The sales rep I spoke with was very helpful! I did not feel pressured to buy anything... he was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. I needed a bike rack for my car and he explained all the options for my price range!
After about a week of purchasing some led replacement bulbs for my turning signals, i got an email that said there would be a delay in delivery due to the product being on backorder. I tried to be patient, but after the third email with another delay, that would have put it over a month, I cancelled the order. They claimed it was not them, but the manufacturer. Just because it says in stock or ready to ship, its not necessarily true. Bad customer service through email as well.

Did a live chat before ordering and they said they have in stock and 2 days after sent an email saying discontinued, now they said I need to wait 48 hrs to process refund and up to 5 days for my bank to give me my money back, everyone knows that doesn't take that long, they took my money right away and I'm going to wait for them to play with my hard worked money

I used their systems to find the correct seat covers (for the 6th time). The system has an error in it and the seats do not fit. They wouldn't just accept them back. I had to take a picture of them not fitting and a photo of my vin. I took a photo of the covers next to the seats (they won't go on). They said I should have known they would not fit (I used their system to determine they worked fit which also says covers may not match those shown). They still wouldn't budge. Never deal with a company that has such bad customer service,
