Jorge was not only knowledge, but helpful, courteous and professional. He answered my questions regarding the products I asked about and those I ordered. I wish I could give a negative rating! 2015 Q50 Hybrid Sport

Ordered wheels & tires from CarID in mid April and received them the first week of May and immediately scheduled an appointment to have them installed at my local Infiniti. Upon opening the packaging at the Infiniti dealership, we found out that all 4 wheels had MAJOR scratches, chips, and dents that looked to have been done when mounting the tires. Also, NONE of the tires were balanced, as the weights were just thrown in with the wheels/tires. Contacted CarID and had to ship the wheels/tires back and wait another month before I received my new set of wheels/tires.

Finally received my new set of wheels/tires in mid June to AGAIN find 1 of the wheels to be chipped. Instead of dealing with the same BS of sending this wheel/tire back, I allowed CarID to credit me $75, which they did. When installing my wheels, found out that there wasn't enough clearance for the wheels to clear my sport calipers, so had to order 5mm spacers, which I allowed the local Infiniti Dealership to do ($200). Called CarID and they offered to send spacers, which they did, but it was too late for Infiniti to cancel the order, and I was stuck with the cost.

3 weeks go by and I take my car in for an oil change and inform the dealership that I've noticed my car vibrating at highway speed. They checked my wheels/tires to see if they were properly balanced, and noticed that they were never balanced at all, which CarID advertises to do prior to sending out any new wheel/tire purchase. Had Infiniti balance my wheels/tires and do a wheel alignment ($160) and the problem is fixed! Have been in contact with CarID over all these issues for the past week, sending in my Infiniti receipts, Etc, and am currently on the phone with them to resolve this issue. Being told that I have to wait until next week to speak to the supervisor as he's not there currently. Seriously?!?!?!

Also, my original order was supposed to include security bolts/screws which were never sent on the return shipment, but I was still charged ($20). Still waiting for that credit.

Needless to say, I will never order anything from CarID again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so either...

This review is long overdue for Luis at CARiD who has helped me on several occasions. Every time I have spoken with Luis he is also always pleasant and professional to speak with. At the same time making the customer feel as if they are his number one priority. He also does everything possible to go out of his way to exceed the customers expectations. I went to a different companies web site and for the 4 items the today was 380 dollars. I go an email a day later to say their web site was not up to date so my order would be delayed. I cancelled that order and I placed the order with CARid and it cost 10 dollars more and it was delivered in 3 days, for free. Then a week later I saw they offered a military discount. So I contacted CARid sales and they gave me the discount after i proved my military background. I just placed another order and I will arrive 3 days after order. I will continue to use CARid.

No one can help u they take forever to ship your order i just buy a set of rims and one of them the paint is bad and that toll me they can't do anything the guaranty won't cover that that bull $#*!

My review is in line with someone else on here. I bought a bed liner from them for my truck. Shipping cost was $0.00 until I finished checkout. Showed cost of $96.00ish to ship. I know they say you need to put in a zip code before you ship, but why can you not calculate it before you checkout? Heck, other companies REQUIRE you to put in a zip code. Don't show $0.00 until you've paid. It emptied my accounts at my bank and I tried to cancel it, but apparently first thing on Monday morning was too late. I call BS on this. Should be reported for a scam.

Indeed, the system calculates the shipping cost only after you enter your zip code, as we are after fair shipping cost, based on the shipping company's rates, therefore there is no standard shipping with average price, and clients receive the cost for shipping to their location.
