You sent me four 4, exact number caliper covers for my Cadillac CTS. I brought it up to the dealership. They looked it, they told me they sent, CARID, the wrong part, it fits on the front calipers not the rear. I have contacted several companies they told me I have four 4, caliper covers that fit the front only. Not the rear, they are too big to fit the rear caliper. Ship me the proper cover.
Received faulty part. Part looked used and the box it came in was held together by scotch tape. Requested exchange, took 2 days to get a response. They wanted a reason for the return, I already gave them a reason on the online form i filled out. I Responded back, now they're ignoring me. I wasted $103.00.

Requested return of fog light online for Car ID on 8/6/17. Followed up with call on 8/7/17. Told would receive return shipping label in 24-72 hours. 8/10/17 still no label and run around when I call. Company will not allow me to speak to a manager and is aksing for additional time to just email a freakin shipping label. Would NEVER purchase from this company again.

Company will not stand by their cancellation policy when I canceled part of the order the same day it was place. Still shipped the product 2 days later and now they wont refund the shipping cost or pay to have it returned. Customer service is rude and unwilling to stand by their own published policy. I would give them Zero stars but this site wont allow it. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

I was trying to get a military discount on my pending order. I jumped on email and asked for the discount to be added to my order and my profile. It happened very fast and Grazelle was a absolute professional and joy to work with. I have placed several orders through this company and I give them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. Every time I order something I receive an email with a scheduled ship date and every time that date came I received another email stating that the shipping was being delayed again and it would be between an additional week to two or three weeks before they are going to even ship out. Definitely not going to order anything from carid anymore.

I have placed 2 orders with CARiD and have had 2 problems. The first order they never ever sent out any shipping confirmation so I never knew it was en route. My package sat at the post office for 5 days before I by chance went to check the mail and saw my package, just a couple of days before the post office would've returned it to sender.
Now with my latest order they want to increase my shipping charges an additional $11 AFTER my order is placed and confirmed! A company cannot change the total of your order after it's been confirmed. Totally unprofessional and underhanded. If this is how they operate I won't be ordering from them again!

I placed an order for one sir box gasket and an air intake hose. They were shipped at two different time. The gasket came first the hose came a week later. My husband was getting ready to put the air intake hose on and notice one end of the hose was bigger. So immediately I called and spoke with Laura for a return label. The label is to come by email within 24 to 72 hours to no avail. Then I called again no label. Now I'm calling a third time and ask for a supervisor requesting the label again. The next day I received the label and returned the intake hose. Carid received the item back and they are refunding the cost of the intake hose but not the shipping cost. At this point I'm back on the phone request the shipping cost. The rep is saying that they can not refund the shipping cost when clearly the part is defective. I'm truly pissed st this point then I asked for the president of the company's name. I was told they don't give out this information. What kind of company that doesn't give the president name or an address or Email? Now I'm paying for a gasket that weights less then ounce and the shipping cost is 14.97. This is double the cost of the gasket.

You've been warned - stay away from this company. I originally placed my order on July 17 with a July 24 ship date. July 24 came and went, no shipment. I contacted them and they gave me Aug 1 as a new ship date. Aug 1 came and went. Then the ship date changed to Aug 4. Aug 4 came and went. It's now Aug 8 and they still can't give me an updated status when I contacted them today. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Promised shipment within 2 days when order confirmed, but found out shipment date of 5 weeis out after credit card charged.
Who can wait 5 weeks for brake pads and rotors? Or most any carrepair part for that matter?
They should have never taken my order and given me s chance to go elsewhere for the part.
Was not notified of the delay either. After waiting 5 days I finally reviewed the tracking site provided to find out when or if they have or would arrive. 5 weeks until expected ship date people, 5 weeks!

I got through to thier 1st line staff who could not answer any questions so the asked to a Supervisor. I was connected to a Supervisor named Raka who was extremely rude, spoke to me with attitude, told me I was being antagonistic, and hung up on me

After several emails we still have not received any paperwork in order to return headlights that did not work. When you call this company or have any correspondence with them they make promises just to get you to go away. Please do not waste your money with this company. They offer guarantees they do not deliver. They are a total scam company.

No thing but lies.
Car id shipped the wrong mirror. Called car id and advised that the mirror was not the right mirror.the person who answered the phone advised me that he is going to ship the mirror an the return slip for the wrong mirror and will handle it a. S.a. P.
A weak later i called and the person who answered the phone advised me that they have to receive the wrong mirror i have before shipping the mirror. She said ther will be an acception and will ship the mirror asap. And she said look for the tract # on my email. Two weeks later nothing happened.
I emailed the company and called numerous times.
This is the forth week with out a response or refunding the money.
My advise no to order from this company. This company nothing but lies, and crocks.
All they care about to take your money, after taking your money they do not care what is going to happen.

As others complain about the same thing - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT! They do not follow through on their claims to provide prompt returns. I ordered a bumper cover and it took 2 weeks for it to ship. The part was not even close to what was advertised as "A perfect fit". Part was not even close. As others have stated I am getting the royal runaround. Different names, different email addresses and constantly requesting additional information. It's been 3 weeks since I called in the request for return and they are still saying they need more information in order to contact the supplier! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered drivers side rear axle shaft for my 04 jeep, received passenger side axle instead. Wrong length! Ordered two cabin filters for 2012 camry; was sent two for 00-08 honda S2000. When called to notify had to jump thru several hoops to get them to even agree to return. I now have to drive round trip to a UPS location to drop off; If I could have used post office it is much closer but NO. The service sales is okay but if they generate the problem it SUCKS. In addition they would send me a $25 gift card for next purchase ( which won't happen) but could not write off a 7-8 dollar purchase. Well fool me once shame on them; fool me twice shame on me.

CARID sent me caliper covers that my mechanic says don't come close to fitting my car. CARID expects me to have my mechanic take the wheels back off and download them photos, before they will even consider a refund. Asked for a supervisor and gave up after 30 minutes on hold. Don't waste your time or money. $179 in my case.
