They really don't care about you on this site don't Search for a car here it will turn your dream car into a nightmare the same way they did to me

Placed two private ads on CarGurus. Went to check on them a few days later and when I attempted to sign in I received a message saying the account was disabled. No reason given. Both were normal, straightforward ads. Very disappointed and will not be using them again and will let others know about this as well. I would give them a zero if possible.

I purchased a vehicle from $#*! Smith Ford the salesman was Henry Pulliam, Jr. And the sales manager was Erik Abreu. They negotiated in good faith and satisfied all my expectations of my Platinum F-150.

Car looked great and was told it was mechanically sound. Not even 30 days later it needs a new transmission.

Theyse guys are trying to charge me 750$ a month. I have 10 cars listed with them. I have been with CarGurus since the beginning. They raise our rate every year. This year it went up by about $300. I had to say no. Many dealers I know did the same and stopped being robbed.

Great site easy, transparent, great tools for sellers and buyers. But way too complicated once the sales transaction begins. Slow buying process for customers.

I bought a car from Cargurus website. One week after i realized that i had to replace the brake pads. The worst thing, they refused to provide any assistance to me.

It's a fraud and a very serious disregard to customers.

You should guys think twice before doing business with those people. They are not trustworthy.

Don't waste your money with Cargurus. They don't care about your satisfaction and your safety!

I had hector sell me a new journy and eric helped best service in some time. I came in to see if they cud help me and they got me a great deal on a new car low note.

Like to report, just purchased 2007 BMW 7 series. Alex owner, gave me great service and price. Totally Satisfied with professional customer service and Car purchased. Would refer to others.

Since CarGuru finances individual sales through AutoPay, the buyer for my vehicle tried that route. AutoPay was incompetent and slow to respond. After about two weeks of fiddling, the buyer switched to his own credit union, and the deal was done in a day.

You would think using CarGurus would save all the hassle negotiating at the car dealerships. It is frustrating using CarGurus as the dealers are listing cars that are not available and they tried to mark up MSRP as much as $60k. Technology supposed to help us but your technology frustrates us! CarGurus, ask yourself WHY you have this platform in the first place!

Too long to process of everything from your app. Too complicated, signing is ridiculously hard! Can get value of my car!

Dealerships use this site to post unavailable vehicles for sale. I tried actively to find a vehicle only to find that even though they have been listed for weeks and months the vehicle was sold that morning. So frustrating to deal with bait and switch. I'm sure there are "some" reputable dealers using the site, but not worth the time and frustration.

Totally useless site given that they allow dealerships to advertise vehicles without a price... what good is the Price Filter and last thing I want is dealerships calling me trying to haggle a sale out of me for something that was overpriced to begin with... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CarGurus

Forces body type, set max price no option to keep unlisted prices from showing up. Also many deals are scams. Looks like no one really selling the car, by appointment only no one answers. They should kick them off the site.

As a dealer I strongly recommend you to avoid such crook website. I'm telling the other dealers DO NOT BE FOOLED' by their salesman, they are just trying to rape you

They have all fake leads they they over charge and if you pay more your car show up as a great deal not recommend to shop or do advertising with Cargurus.
