This service works! I had some gaps in my work history and I signed up for their services. Their websites are professional, they provide email address's and phone numbers. I had to apply or submit my resume, interview, test and follow up. They don't land you a job, you have to do your part also. They are there to fill the gaps and help you land that interview. The rest is on you. They followed up with me via text, email or phone within the hour. Nothing is perfect. Reality is, the job market is tough, it takes alot to get a job, these people help with issues that would otherwise land your resume in the bypass pile. Im very happy. Jennifer and William Thank you!

They Got me a job!
September 4, 2015

Disclaimer: I'm not an employee or any way affiliated with Careerexcuse.

I'm not one to write reviews but I can honestly say that Careerexcuse helped me tremendously. I feel like no program is perfect. Unless you're in the education, medical or law field Careerexcuse can really cut you a break. I see some bad reviews and I was skeptical at first but everyone was really responsive and helpful when it came to serving as a reference. I don't have any complaints. I was really nervous when I was going to use these guys but you have to utilize the services correctly! Be very descriptive of what you would like for them to say about you.

They go off of the information you give to them so if you aren't giving them much then they can't really provide a good reference for you and the prospective employer will know! People call this a dishonest service when in reality, the job market is rife with competition, especially with me living in a major city with thousands of people. So if anything this is just adding an edge. The only way I can think of someone not responding to you is if like I said you're in a medical or law field or work for the government. Any sort of obstruction of the truth would be dangerous.

The price is worth the service. I really recommend

CareerExcuse WORKS!
August 30, 2015

What else is there it say? I put down a bogus name and phone numbers for all 3 of my references. When the hiring manager called me saying he was unable to make contact with any references and if he couldn't contact anybody by the end of the week (48hrs), I would be disqualified for the position.

I had no idea there were companies such as these. Thanks to the internet, I found CareerExcuse and they custom made my references for me that same day. Next day my hiring manager offered me the job.

Amey Lytle, alleged "Co-Owner" needs a lesson on embezzlement. (See Attached). Paying $5k in monthly phone bills so members can receive reference calls from hiring managers is the cost of doing business! NOT Embezzlement! What is embezzlement is asking Members to pay for a service using YOUR PERSONAL *******@MYBUNNY, *******@AMEY-LYTLE, ZELLE@*******275 (See Attached).

Why has CareerExcuse been taking members renewal money and not doing anything to make sure their phone numbers are active? That is theft of services!

Career Excuse is a company of Lazy Thieves! They stole my website "www.Best-Courier.com" and tried to use it as their own. I felt so violated. Why can't they create their own material instead of STEALING what isn't theirs! Under the threat of Legal Action, they removed MY WEBSITE and probably stole someone else's. You can call us in Ohio for details at *******900. There are other companies to use for references; Alibi Network, and The Reference Store to name a few. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!
