I signed up for an interest free account to have one eye corrected. My Agreement stated that after 18 months, I would incur interest charges for any remaining balance... August 18th Care Credit's Synchrony Bank charged me $981 in INTEREST on my outstanding balance of $1078. Bringing my balance with Sychrony to almost the same amount that my original eye surgery charges were 18 months ago. This bank is a bunch of CROOKS. If you take out Credit, don't do it with this Bank.

WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT APPLY IT TO ACCOUNT AND MESS UP YOUR CREDIT WITH AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE. PLEASE DON'T GET CARE CREDIT/SYNCHRONY BACK YOU BE PAYING FOR IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

This company has the worst customer service I ever dealt with. Not only is customer service bad, but also their Supervisors. As I write this review I had been hanged up 7 times and that's after I made a large payment cuz they can't add on simple math balances. The word "Care" should be eliminated and just "Card" and they don't care.

Have paid these mfkers like a clock. The day b4 my dogs operation they reduced my credit line. This was a life saving operation. (he died). I completely blame carecredit for this, f*** all of them!

I spoke with multiple people from this agency and they were all horrible to me. I have never had a late payment and I didn't know my ex was running up the charges. Heather from their department was unwilling to even hear me out or sympathize for me. Don't use this commpany.

Care credit is a horrible credit card. They closed my account for no reason. I had a zero balance, was never late with them when I used them. All of my other lenders or other creditors are all paid on time and out of the blue they closed my account. Very poor business practice. Would not recommend this kind of business it will mess up your credit score.

I tried to pay my dentist with my CareCredit Card but the charge wouldn't go through. I've been using that card for years so I called to see what had gone wrong. It turns out CareCredit cancelled my card because I "haven't used it recently." Now, the CareCredit card is specifically designed for stretching out payment of large medical bills. But I haven't suffered any serious illnesses or injuries lately (thank heaven), so they cancelled my card. I guess I'm just not sick enough for CareCredit.

I was paying off my care credit every month, on time, had NO missed payments and then withOUT warning, they closed my account. Customer service is NONEXISTENT. Once they closed the account, I had no warning, and the balance was almost paid off. They saw that, they closed it and ABSURD amount of fees with that. It's almost back up to what the original balance was. SCAMMERS. FRAUD. STAY AWAY!

I got my car there because it was a hard model to find. I expected a few things I would have to fix. The owner Carlos added a $2,000 warranty to my loan and never told me then when I tried to use it he said there is no warranty. He since told me to get a lawyer and he beats cases all the time and is good a scamming people. He text me he is fine with going to hell and he will be laughing there as well. My goal is to help others to avoid this situation and expose this place in any way i can. I am filing a lawsuit and reporting them to a few places though I may only break even but hopefully I can help someone from the lies and trap. I got scammed for a total of $3,000 plus interest. The cars look nice there but a lot of evil runs this place. Many reviews are similiar to my experience as Im now seeing and Im not sure how they are still in business. I also received threathening texts from Carlos wanting to fight and gay slurs.

I can't get rid of this "credit". Their charges are cosmic and the minimum payments are unreasonably high. As soon I paid this card off as soon I completely close this account. The Synchrony Bank is awful in general. Stay away.

I have used Care Credit for several years. It has worked out well enough unless I have a problem and need to speak to someone. No email option, either. The interest is high, but we knew that at the beginning. We pay off the balance as soon as possible. For the past many months, I would say over a year, their website has been a mess. Inefficient. Non-functional. Does not get payments posted and it's a roll of the dice to try to get logged in most of the time. I called to ask about it, and the best response was that I should change my password (?). Not something I want to go through every time I try to log in. IF I can ever get logged back in today, I am going to pay off the entire balance and close this account. It's too much of a nightmare every single time I want to log in. I have no trouble with the websites for my other credit cards and online accounts.

I used this card to pay for my wisdom teeth removal over 5 years ago and had paid off my balance within a few months. Just found out from my bank that Care Credit has continued to charge me random amounts multiple times a month for years. Took me two hours on the phone with my bank to file each individual claim and it totaled to over 1k in fraudulent charges. Do NOT use this service!

Do not use this under any circumstances. Got it because my vet was partners with then and my cat needed surgery, all was good until actually paying them back, they have bumped almost every payment i have made, did not tell me they bumped them, charged a fee without telling me, canceled my account without telling me, charging me more interest rates because of nonpayment because they bump every payment thus knocking my credit score down 44 points. On top of that you'll receive calls, texts, emails that are very unprofessional from them telling you to pay your account months after they bumped all your payments. Their explanation "your bank canceled the payments", bank says they were there and just dropped off for no reason, I trust my bank I've been with them for 10+ years and never had issues with cards or loans. Do not use this company.

Zero interest for the first 12 months is very misleading. What they don't tell you in that the zero interest has promotional timelines. Once the timeline arrives, if you don't pay the amount in full, they apply balloon payments to your balance. Additionally, they claim not to have a grace period in terms of payments, so if your payment is due on the 1st and you pay it on the 2nd, they charge you a $40 late fee for paying a day later. These people are total scam artists and I would advise anyone to stay away from them. Trust me it's not worth it!

They charge you so many different interests rates it's annoying. They are the worse I've ever had I will never never work with them again. Ever worse experience ever. I can say that I hate care credit so mad.

These people are experts in cheating or actually scamming people, applied for a loan to pay for my wife's surgery... was approved with no interest loan then I noticed the balance is going down with the full amount that I'm paying every month, so I looked into the statements and found they charge fees and adjustments every month depending on the balance and definitely would have been less fees if they were charging interest! Never again with these scammers

Beware of carecredit by sunchrony... big scam

I was told by merchant I had 2 years to pay with no interest. At 1 year I was charged $705 interest for the entire year and continue to charge $45 per month! I should have a balance of $1015 but have a balance of $1952...$937 interest! They could care less about people they should not be called CARE CREDIT if that is a complete lie!
They are criminals!
