Hardworking parents trying to provide for their families while running busy household, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Do not provide them with your credit card details! They will continue billing you for premium membership for months without you even knowing until you accidentally notice it on your credit card statement. Yes, many companies go into auto renewal but these low lives won't even bother sending you an email stating your membership is about to be renewed and they won't send you an email stating they have renewed it, no invoice, no nothing! Of course the fee is non refundable even though they can clearly see you haven't logged into your account for months. Appalling, disgusting practice and complete lack of transparency. Trust me, they DO NOT care.com!

Worst, most difficult website I have ever used, even after I paid for it.
I'm currently on the fence about whether or not I'll file a chargeback with my credit card company.
I didn't expect to get jammed with up-sells and cross-sells immediately after upgrading my account and it made the experience much worse.
Then when I finally get access to use the site that I paid for, this ridiculous pop-up shows up, asking for feedback.

The structure and the mechanics of your organization are not transparent; It's not easy to figure out how Care.com works. I don't like paying a subscription fee to ask a reasonable question. All the pertinent info should be-literally-up front on your site. Thanks for listening :)

I got signed up for a higher level "membership" without my approval. I thought I was paying $12 mo. Now it's billing. Me for $155? For a year? Not Happy. Can't find out who or where to contact about correcting this. Previous experiences with business were all positive, previously.
