The whole website feels like a used car dealership with services auto-renewing past when they will likely be used and forced arbitration. I am only here giving you money out of desperation don't expect a trophy.

Add-ons to initial rate were deceiving. You made it seem that adding extra background checks on driving records, etc., would be a total of $240 with the initial fee, not an ADDITIONAL $240.

All I wanted to do was search and contact a prospective provider. I think I got tricked into posting, which I didn't want to do. I don't mind paying for the service, which I did, but I got stuck in a sales funnel and couldn't do what I came to do. Also, I'm looking for a house manager (admin) not a cleaner.
