I had to create a new account with a new email because your forgot password link does not work. I tried to chat with someone about this issue however I had to log in. But I could not log in because I couldn't remember my password from 10 years ago when I first created my account.

It's been pretty confusing and I don't feel like I'm getting very clear information about memberships. The start process was also a pain. The login process had a lot of glitches and posting a job was not straitforward in my experience.

It didn't give me a chance to put in the discount code of 20% also hit enter before I got my discount so you charge me full price I'd like to discount

I forgot my password and the links for retrieving a temp code or changing the password are not responding. I also upgraded my service and can't log in and can't talk to a live person. I have 2 accounts apparently and I am so frustrated I can't talk to a live person. Sux

I recently received the email below from Care.com. It's disturbing to me because it seems to be a deliberate attempt to ruin someone's career. FYI... I am NOT a provider. I used the basic program 3 years ago while looking for a housekeeper. I was unsuccessful on that site and have not been back since. Not sure why in the world I would get an email like this though. Again... if you ARE a provider you may want to rethink this company. Based on the reviews it looks like you can be canceled at anytime and then have further damage done by emails from the company to all members.

Your website is confusing and IMPOSSIBLE for me to navigate.
You already have my credit card information and I have NOT been able to continue with all of your questions and requests.
